Location
The door closers were too strong for access, and the actual disabled compartments were too small for adequate manouvre, and there was no hand drier in the toilet ajacent to the main bar.
The rooms were of an excellent size, allowing clear access into the room. The staff were constantly cleaning internally and externally to a very high standard. There were 6 lifts, 2 of which were extra wide for wheelchairs, but were rather eccentric in operation, due mainly I fear by the guests who did not read the clear signs.
Food superb, location a bit far from Levante, but there are cheap taxis on the doorstep. staff were superb, but we know most of them.
Entertainment was a bit amateurist by the staff, but they brought in external shows which were good in the main, apart from the UK efforts.
Would we go again, yes, we are already booked for December.

The hotels location wasn't a problem as we enjoyed walking everywhere, so as to see the whole resort. The entertainers tried their best, the kids enjoyed the entertainment for them, but the adults, was only fit for a labour club.
The lift situation in the hotel was absolutely horrific, it took ages to get a lift as they kept missing floors.

At my stay at this hotel we found the food out of this world with a huge variety for myself and my family to choose from with an excellent kids menu.
The entertainment programme was fab and kept us all busy throughout the day the kids espcially loved the hotel run mini club.
We all enjoyed ourselves so much we have already boooked to go back the same time next year.

Wine was served by the bottle, and the cider in this all inclusive was strongbow.
Staff were ok and Leslie the entertainment staff was fantastic.
Plenty to do for the kids. I travelled with a 16 yr old, a 9 yr old and a 6 yr old and they had no complaints.
If your a veggie there

Rooms are of a good size as are the balconies.
Food was excellent and they did have theme nights in the restaurant so there was always something different. One nice touch was that some nights when you were waiting to be shown to a table you were handed a glass of champagne.
Staff very friendly as was the entertainment people who worked very hard and put on very professional shows.
Would certainly consider this hotel on any return visit.
The only down side for us was that we could not get a late check out or courtesy room. Didn't spoil the holiday though.

The staff couldnt do enough for us I hardly saw my 8 year old due to the wonderful kids club.
As for the food it more than satisfied my fussy family!!! We only had one problem we didnt want to leave.

My parents have also stayed for 2 weeks end of March into April 2005. This was their 3rd visit and they love everything about the hotel. The hotel is all inclusive, very spacious and clean with good sized bedrooms and pleasant staff.
The food is generally very good although quality of menu has definately declined since last year. Liver and kidney on menu 3 - 4 times within 7 days. Roast beef - delicious on one occasion but when served another 2 or three times was tough, dry and stringy -definately not the same quality. Last year smoked salmon on menu but this year seems like food costs have been reduced and food of this standard not being served. However in fairness there is still a good choice and selection of salads and desserts is particularly extensive.
Alcoholic beverages served are local makes but not unpleasant. Dining room unpleasantly warm when air conditioning not on (I think it was broken for a couple of days). Piano Bar and lounges fairly smokey would be great if non smoking areas here (large reception area is fairly smoke free).
Hotel is situated a little out from main busy area (10 min walk) but bus stop and taxis immediately outside hotel which is great. During our stay most guests were in the more mature age group but as we left younger and noisier people arriving.
Staff very pleasant and security guard always at door which is very reassuring as there is apparently a high crime rate in the area. I personally would not like to visit Benidorm in the busy season! Lots of the residents in the hotel were repeat visitors.
Overall a good week but because the food was really excellent last year we were left feeling a little bit let down this year as whilst it was quite good it definately wasn't nearly as good as last year.

Location isn't ideal but is only a small walk away from the beach.
Children were well entertained and were even taken to watch a film when the adult comedian was on, but even then many parents allowed their children to remain.
The maid service was excellent.
I will definitely be returning soon.

Weather was not very good, cold for first 4-5 days but there was something to do all day. The entertainment team worked very hard and put up some excellent shows in the evening.
The food was probably the best we have had in Spain. Service was very good in bars got rid of queues very quickly, having Strongbow is unusual as part of the AI and if you wanted bottles of wine they were just given, cuts queuing down considerably.
All in all consider the Oasis as the best holiday hotel ever had. We are going back to Benidorm end of April and are trying another AI group but will definitely be back in Flamingo Oasis before the end of year.
