The food was great and plenty to choose from, the only thing I can't talk about is the entertainment as we went out most nights.
The staff are all great except for 2 girls that were dead miserable an I'm def goin back next year.

There has been very little staff turnaround since we have being coming to this hotel, therefore this is a good indication that the hotel management have got things right, all the staff come from the same mould be it dining room, bar, security, cleaners or reception, the hotel in all areas is spotless and the staff work around the clock to keep it this way.
This is our 14th visit to this hotel and each time, it only gets better and better, this time there has been a major improvement, the main bar area is non smoking with a small smoking area to the far end, the Piano bar (adults only) is non smoking with a small smoking area to the rear and the evening entertainment area is non smoking with a small smoking area well away from the stage.
WELL DONE FLAMINGO OASIS.
Food is exceptional with plenty of choice for all tastes, outside main meal times there are sufficient
snacks to satisfy anyone.
Rooms are large, well designed with a television and balcony, bathrooms are also large with double sink, toilet, bidet, bath and shower, the whole room is kept spotless by an army of cleaners.
The public areas in the hotel are also kept spotless and the floor shines like new.
Miguel and his reception staff stand out for the excellent first class service they offer to the hotel guests, they always have a smile for you whatever the time of day or night, they are always eager to offer assistance and any help that is required.
The rooftop terrace with small swimming pool and bar is an excellent escape from children as it is an adult only area and excellent for sunbathing, we had fourteen days of brilliant sunshine.
The all inclusive bar service is excellent, no queues and no watered down drinks.
The entertainments team work very hard to satisfy all tastes and on a number of nights outside acts visit the hotel in the main entertainment area and the Piano bar.
Do not miss the hypnotist who normally entertains you on a Sunday evening, it is worth watching guests get up to all antics, like making love to chairs, tinkerbell, full monty, river dance etc etc BUT for whatever reason parents of young children, I am talking about 6 to 9 year olds remain during this show even after numerious announcements that the show is not suitable for children and contains adult material, there is a special mini disco/football competition etc has been laid on for them during the show, parents do not even have to take them staff are available for this.
THE HYPNOTIST SHOW IS NOT FOR CHILDREN AND PARENTS SHOULD REALISE IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THEM, I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY WE HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH OUR CHILDREN THESE DAYS.
The only other problem that concerned us is again that parents do not control their children, they allow them to run riot, up and down in the lifts, feet up on the furniture, football in the main areas, there are plenty of signs asking parents not to allow their children to be a nuisance which they certainly are, we are parents and respect other guests and the hotels we stay in and control our children.
Go to this hotel, which is the best in Benidorm and you will be guaranteed to have an excellent holiday.

We got a low floor so that was great because I can see how the lifts could cause a problem for those on higher floors.
Food was the best something for everyone.
Pool was nice and big always got a sunbed.
Just not much more to say but if you have booked you will love it. Enjoy.

The reception area was set out beautifully.
The maids came every single day and did a very thorough job. The pool, reception, restaurant and bar areas were always tidy and clean. I always saw someone cleaning something around the hotel! The toilets were, in places, a bit grubby but this was more technical problems then cleanliness - i.e holes in walls and no locks on toilet doors.
The food was very good for an all-inclusive holiday. There was plenty to choose from, including alot of vegetables. The sausages at breakfast were gorgeous - not the usual flimsy ones! Lovely carvery each night and every other night was theme night - you could never go hungry as snacks were put on throughout the day too.
The hotel is located quite a walk away from the beach but if you can manage it it is well worth it. The beach is lovely. The excellent thing about the location of the hotel was that its within walking distance to some of the best attractions - which means you can save money on some trips. Benidorm Palace was a 5 minute walk away. Mundomar and Aqualandia were about a 10 minute walk away - but uphill so it was quite tiring in the heat but probably did us good in the end!
The bar staff were very friendly. One of the dining room managers could be abit bossy and strict at times but this can probably be expected what with the hotel being extremely busy.
The entertainers did a fantastic job in trying to keep everybody happy. The shows they put on were well thought out and a good effort was made by all.
All in all we had a fantastic week - the only problem being waiting a long time for the lifts - which sometimes got annoying considering we were on the top floor! But you get that all the time in big hotels so we didn't let it spoil our holiday at all and I'm just sorry we only had one week there cos I definitely could have stayed forever!!
Will hopefully be going again next year - can't wait!

The food was brill with lots of choice for both adults and children.
The entertainment was also good which suited all ages.
This hotel all in all is a fantastic family hotel. There are lots of children so wouldn't recommend this hotel if you don't have any!!!! I cant think of a negative to write so if you want a good family holiday Flamingo Oasis is a good choice.

Our room was kept clean although the walls had some grubby marks on them. All the public area's were well serviced by the cleaning staff, other staff i.e. bar staff, waiters etc all friendly and efficient.
ool very good although the sunbed dash in the morning is comical to say the least.
Didn't view much of the entertainment but what we did was ok to good, the cinema area for kids is an excellent idea as it gives them a couple of hours after dinner to mellow a little.
The reason why we wouldn't visit again is because it is the first time we have stayed in such a high rise building which we did not like. This was compounded by the lifts, there are six so it should not be a problem but kids seem to enjoy playing in them by pressing all 25 buttons, however that's not the hotels problem just lazy parents!

Plenty going on,we never saw the older kids, they said it was the best holiday ever, and our youngest loved the mini club and evening shows. The entertainment team worked very hard. I can only praise their efforts.
The cleanliness of the hotel cant be faulted, you always saw someone busy cleaning and polishing! The bedrooms are lovely and spacious, with sky Tv and loads of wardrobe space(take some hangers with you though). The bathrooms are also big with twin sinks and a hair dryer.
Be sure to loose a few pounds before you go because the food is excellent, and we still dream about the delicious cakes...
This hotel is everything you expect, honestly!

Having read these reviews I must let you know the only time you will have trouble with lifts is when schools are on holiday, as the kids press all 25 buttons in the lifts!
The entertainment staff are fantastic as they all speak perfect English(most of them are British).
The hotel serves a lot of British favorites and even has British chefs as well as local ones.
We have found if you want a low floor it is best to e-mail hotel direct and they do read those e-mails,it worked with us last year.
Only downside is the rat race in the morning for loungers,I thought the English were reserved.
Flamingo Oasis is a must, you will love it.

The food was lovely something for everyone the cavery was always beautiful and the restaraunt was spotless(dont dare try to enter restaraunt lunch time with wet clothes as they are very strict)the rooms are very spacious ,spotless and cleaned daily.
The entertainment team were absolutly fantastic they worked all day from 11 and were never fed up my children loved mini club which is very unusual for them to go and the evening entertainment was excellent.
I have already booked for next year and the children cant wait.
All of you who like a drink when you order wine order a bottle and they even have strongbow in the all inclusive.
I have so much to say about this hotel and all good you will be guaranteed a good holiday
