The cleanliness in this hotel was excellent, it didnt matter what time it was ( day or night) there was always someone on the go.

The food was great with something to suit most tastes (although I still heard some whingers!!)

The location was abit away from the main nightlife hub, but that suits me as if you wanted more lively you could always visit then return to the quiet later.

The staff were very efficient, and even although this was an AI there weren't any long ques.

The entertainment was well balanced for a family hotel.

Hotel exceptionally clean everywhere.

The food was fantastic especially for all inclusive - there was lots of choice, plenty of favourites for the kids e.g smilie faces, chicken nuggets etc.

Hotel had theme nights where they had foods from that theme e.g italian chinese etc

The location was not right in the heart of the town but it is still within walking places to most places, there is a bus stop and a taxi rank right on the door stop - I have stayed in Benidorm before at the ambassador which was nice but it was so busy and hectic - so I definitely preferred this location.

Staff were great everywhere sometimes in the bar people were saying bar staff were ignorant but they werent at all - say hola or gracias and you always got a smile. One of the security guards was fantastic, my 6yr old son had an accident on my last night and the security guard came straight to us and took us to the side gates of the hotel which lead onto the hospital, he went in spoke to the staff and they took us straight through to a emergency room and he stayed with us until my son was ok ( this was a man who I had never spoke to in my entire life - and he was amazing ).

Entertainment team were fantastic they worked so hard and were brilliant entertainers working so hard to bring different activities and shows, they did Greace show, Queen, Michael Jackson, ABBA etc etc. KIDS show was 8.30 - 9.30 BINGO 9.30 SHOW AT 10 and another PERFORMANCE at 11pm-12.

I WOULD DEFINITELY VISIT AGAIN

Booked this holiday through friends that have been there and with the glowing report of the holiday truth reports.

On arriving hotel from outside and inside fantastic.

Waiters, maids and entertainment staff (when they smiled) were fantastic worked very hard. There were alot of queues everywhere but did not have to stand very long at all.

Lifts were a big big nightmare, on being on the 11th floor had to wait anything up to 30 minutes or walk. Food was a little disappointing (luke warm sometimes) kids menu was very poor.

A highlight of the holiday was watching the morning sprint for the sunbeds. God knows what the staff thought of them. Worse than the Germans. Kids disco disappointing same thing every night.

Would I visit this hotel again?. I am sorry, but NO.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms and very clean. The lifts were a bit of a nightmare at busy times and we regularly walked down 12 floors (managed once to walk up but it nearly killed me!)

The food is good but the kids menu is quite repetitive, consisting mainly of chips, burgers and nuggets.

Our kids loved the kids club but, because only 16 children are permitted per session, they were disappointed a couple of times. However, if your kids are unable to get in a session the reps will put them on a priority list for the next one.

The entertainment was good. The kids enjoyed the mini disco (same every night!). The hotel entertainment team were very hard working and put on a decent show most nights.

The hotel staff were efficient and hard working. I have read a few reports complaining of them being grumpy. OK, a few were a bit but I couln't blame them, faced with the attitude of some of the guests. I was surprised by the lack of respect shown by some guests, mainly the fact that they could not seem to put their rubbish in the numerous bins.

The most fascinating part of our holiday was watching the sunbed dash at 8.30 each morning - 3 sections of the pool area are sectioned off with tape and the sunbed 'hoggers' stand behind the tape until the security guard blows his whistle and then it's every man for himself! Even for the evening entertainment, where there was not enough tables for everyone, there was a queue and dash!

We had a good holiday. We've been on a few all inclusives and, in our opinion, the only difference between them is the food was better here. Yes, I agree with other reviews - it is a wee bit like Butlins in the sun, but as long as the kids are happy, we are.

Stayed at the Flamingo Oasis Benidorm the all inclusive stay was fantastic food and plenty of it was marvellous.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly.

A bit of a walk away from the town but was o.k.

Entertainment was ok.

We are visiting again next year.

This will be are 4th year of visiting this hotel, we have never stayed in a better one. If anyone is thinking of booking this hotel then do it.

Food covers all tastes, plain or spicy.

Staff are great but make an effort to talk to them?

Rooms are fantastic, front desk staff are very helpful.

Pools lovely, if you complain about this hotel then I would say there's something wrong with you, book it and you won't be disappointed

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in.
The reception area is very large and spacious and the staff are always pleased to help. You get a temporary card if you arrive after 9pm then all members of your group have your photo taken the next day and are issued with your own card.

This is also your card for access to you room which is great beacause you can all gain entry.

Our room was cleaned every day and towels changed daily. The staff in the restaurant were always pleasnt and we were always escorted to a table, which I prefer, as soon as we entered the restaurant.

There were no queues for dinner. Plenty of variety at all meal sittings and you can get breakfast till 12.30. The afternoon dinner is on par with the evening meals, and snacks are served at the pool bar from 10 till 6 throught the day.

If you are going on an excursion you can book a picnic the day before which consists of four rolls, tin of tuna, three tins of pate, three pieces of fruit and a yoghurt, all for one person, just let them know how many you want and pick it up at breakfast the next day.All drinks are free till midnight( except for bottles of breezers and brands)
Pool area is kept clean and tidy by a member of staff walking round all day.

Don't worry about shady areas as the sun comes to all of the poolside by 11.30. There were plenty of beds to go round even though people were reserving them.


The entertainment team were out of this world. Well done to them all, my son thought they were fantastic. Most of the early evening shows were put on by them. Can recommend Starlight Express, Mamma-Mia, Saturday night fever, 100 years of musicals.

Adult entertainment came on at 11 and the kids were taken to see their own entertainer or a movie.

Some people were having problems with the lifts, having to wait a while but we were on the first floor so wern't affected. Hint- some people with wheelchairs were using the service lifts, through the doors to the left of the public lifts!

We will be booking this hotel the next time we visit Benidorm.

Only one gripe. Stag and Hen parties! Loads of them. Most of them stayed in the bar and were well behaved, but there were some who kept forgeting there were kiddies about! but the majority of them were well behaved.

Stayed at the Flamingo Oasis with my missus and seven year old son. We stayed all inclusive and i can tell you it was fantasic. I felt like I was on cruise ship.

A huge array of breakfasts were available,ranging from the fry ups to the healthy options of continental, fruit etc.When the breakfast bar shut at 10 30 am, another part of the restaraunt opened up serving a late breakfast until 12 30 pm. Lunch followed at 1 pm-3pm. This was the real bizz. A chef carved up meat and it was dished out,again a huge array of food was available.At 11 am the outside bar/meal area opened this was until 6pm. It served kids food like burgers,hot dogs and chips. Popular with the kids and also with the adults for the beer and spirits. Evening meal started at 7pm until 9 30pm,then guess what the snack bar opened until 12 midnight serving food. It was lovely and I put on about a stone.

The rooms were cleaned every day and staff were very nice and quiet. Hotel was a canny distanced from the sea but we got a taxi on the two days we went on the beach for 5 euros (had to cos we had 3 x packed lunches given to us by hotel which was lovely). Most days I used to go for long walks and it was,nt to far on my own (about 15mins to the beach.)

Although the hotel was very busy the staff were great.

The assistant manageress nice lady spoke to me in person when i had commented on the good work of Brian who has a scuba diving club based at the hotel,and I had gone diving with him for 50 euros.

The entertainment team of six to eight young people worked their socks off. We saw different shows they had put together ranging from Starlight Express to tributes to musicals. A good job done by a keen team.

We stayed at the fabulous Flamingo Oasis in July 2006.

It was amazing best hotel we have ever stayed in. Staffs were great friendly and can’t do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The food is out of this world the only negative thing I could say is I wasn’t happy that I put on 1/2 stone whilst I was there I thought I have died and gone to food heaven!!!

The rooms are very big and clean.

Entertainment great different every night and catered for all ages!!!! The lifts are a bit of a nightmare but what do you expect high season full hotel everyone wanting to go for meals at the same time. Te rest of the hotel makes up for that small negativity!!!

Never saw our rep much but wasn’t really bothered as didn’t need her for much!!! We are hoping to go back again this year there is nothing they could change to improve this fab hotel.....

We went to Flamingo Oasis on 9/5/06 for 1 week and the holiday was fantastic. The food was excellent at every meal.

The hotel was lovely and clean the maid came in everyday and left clean towels we found all the staff very friendly.

We didn't stay in every night but my son and his wife and 3 children were there at the same time and they did and said the entertainment was great for the kids we would definitely stay at this hotel again.
