The all inclusive offered what you would expect. No complaints about the drink available but the food was terrible. If you like eating greasy food all day every day then you'll be fine! Seven of us went and me and my boyfriend ended up with food poisoning. This was not surprising due to the amount of flies that were around and that the was food was not covered properly.
On several occasions I asked for something and ended up with something different. The safest bet was margarita pizza. The breakfast was alright, they served pastries, cereals, toast and some hot food. The lunch was the worst as it was the same every day. It was a choice of chips, burgers or pizza pretty much.
We never ate in the main restaurant for lunch as we spent this time by the pool or on the beach but were told not to bother as it was nothing special. The evening meal was best. There was an adequate selection of food if you got to the restaurant early enough.
The first night we ate was the Monday where we were allocated a table for our stay, we sat down to eat at 9ish and some of the food (mainly the deserts) had gone. I would recommend to aim for 8ish to avoid the rush but to make sure there is plenty left.
We ate in the pizzeria twice which isn't free but was very nice and not overly expensive.
The hotel was relatively clean and they maids changed the towels as often as required. However the floor in the bedroom never seemed to be cleaned. The maids were probably the friendliest of all the staff at the hotel and on the last day left a flower in our room which was nice.
The pools were always clean and they were very good. There were pools for children as well as the main pools which is always good. There is also an indoor pool which looked to be for the more serious swimmers.
The location of the hotel was good as the beach was a five minute walk from the hotel room. The beach was nice and sandy and we played volleyball every day which was free.
The sea is not very clear but there are lots of water sports on offer. Don't bother with the paragliding as you spend about five minutes in the air with the harnesses cutting into you.
The galleon bar was good and the waiters at this bar were actually friendly, this was probably because this is not free on the all inclusive. Beware of the jelly fish in the sea as we saw quite a few people get stung.
The staff were generally very miserable and a lot of the male staff didn't have very good hygiene standards. Compared to previous holidays we all agreed that we had been to hotels elsewhere with much friendlier staff than here.
Although there was clearly a big group of us, every time we went to the bar we were made to take all the cards up and most of the time only one of the cards was actually scanned through.
Make sure you have you cups doubled as it wasn't long before they started leaking. Everywhere you went you felt obligated to tip the staff. Particularly at meal times if sitting down in the restaurant to eat.
The entertainment was what you would expect and seemed to suit families very well. We usually entertained ourselves being a big group but I don't believe I'd have enjoyed myself as much had it only been me and my boyfriend that went.
The discotheque was cheesy and rubbish. If you are between the age of 14-18 you'll probably love it but our age range is 22-29 and we found it very poor. O.k. if you want to drink some more but you'd be better off going to the 24 hour bar instead.
I would not visit the hotel again as I have been to better for the amount spent on the holiday. Perhaps if the rating of the hotel was lowered it might reflect better what you should expect.
The flies certainly put me off ever going back to Tunisia again and the fact that I was severly ill towards the end of the holiday did not help either. However the weather was gorgeous and the beach lovely.

The staff were only after tips. The food was boring, and in particular, to get food at the beech bar, one felt like a criminal, being pushed around by the staff who wouldn't even give you a bottle of water without checking your ID photo card first.
Toilet seats were broken, light bulbs not working, and this went on all the time we were there. Everywhere we went we had to show our id and were herded from one end of the bar in reception where we ordered a drink, to the other end to collect it with a small piece of paper in our hands to hand over to the bar staff.
The restaurant staff were ok but overall we felt that if any of the staff were over attentive, then they were only doing it for a tip.
After a while we felt trapped as the brochure gave the impression that the hotel was in a resort and we could walk from the hotel to, for instances, other bars - wrong -there's nothing outside the confines of the grounds, only busy, dusty roads and, being two women on holiday, a little intimidating for a quite walk.
Added to which, several people who arrived and left at the same time as we did had to be treated for stomach upsets - I know not from whence they came.

The food was great very clean rooms and the staff are great.
The hotel was very clean and I can't say enough good things about the food. My son is very funny but there was something for everyone and we can't wait to go back.

The three pools are great and not to over crowded considering the amount of people staying at the hotel. The beach is very nice.
If you like to venture out of the hotel theres absolutely nothing beyond the hotel gates. We jumped on a tuk tuk one day and went into Monastir this cost us about

We had a great time ideal for family's though I would say not for couples. we all suffered with 'Tunisian Tummy trouble' but I always tend to have that problem where ever I go. Food was quite good although breakfast left a lot to be desired.
Staff mainly great animation team were brill and worked ever so hard and long hours for little pay as do all the staff.
The pools were second to none my kids lived in the pools the whole holiday and made plenty of friends.
We met some great people and hopefully will stay in touch. Would go back though not for a while reason being I want to try different places.
If you are going to this hotel have a great time and remember you have paid for a 3 star and it is value for money.

Food no good chicken and flies all the time. Hotel staff not friendly only smile when you are going home to get the smellies off you. No entertainment only for children which is repeated every second week, would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy?

Coach took about 10 mins arrived at hotel and took 10mins to get keys and all inclusive card.
Monday morning sunshine (hooray). spent first 3 days around the pools which were fab. Daytime entertainment was fun all the usual water polo etc. Had lunch a few times at the beach bar, bbq chicken, kebab and pizzas which was nice but a few flies around. Evening meals I thought were great, good variety of food I heard a few people complain about the food being spicy and they would keep to chicken and chips I did ask one lady if she was going all inclusive next year at KFC.The evening entertainment we enjoyed we used to give one of the waiters who seved drinks 5 dinar a night and by god you did get a decent measure.
Went to camel market on the next Sunday (rained again but was refreshing), never again its very very busy and they offer things for free but just say no. One tip if you see something you like it is great fun bartering you will get very good bargains but do not get your money out until you agree the price.
Went to the medina in Sousse prices are fixed but still good value, also the one in Monastir. Be aware if you go to Monastir and have a carriage ride they will try to take you to the berber and sell you rugs (thanks welshoney for tip) just tell them you dont want to go.
Ali Baba camel ride good fun, water park in port el kantoe ok but not much there.
Hotel offers a variety of free sports and a mini zoo, there is moped hire and car hire on site as well as bicycles.
If you need to go out and about the hotel is very isolated but taxis are very cheap but mental drivers. Sousse is nice in the evening also port el kantoe.
Overall I did enjoy and have no regrets at all. Hotel very clean, rooms are good, entertainment fine we were talking most of the time, pools and beach great, good watersports.
Downsides are the hotel is very busy too many people and not the greatest of locations but hotel makes up for it.

The weather was lovely and we only had one cloudy day!!
The pools are excellent 4 outdoor pools:
*the main pool where all the activities are( Water basketball, water polo etc)
* the middle pool (with the waterfall)
* the top pool(baby pool)
* the indoor pool
The food is nice but basic and gets a bit repeative. But there is something that everyone will like-- chips, chicken, pasta, eggs, soup, soup, omlete, ice cream, cake i could go on forever.
The evening shows aren't up to much( grease, lion king and the micheal Jackson show are the best) and there is nothing much for teenagers to do in the evening apart from the games room.
The rooms are quite small but nice!
The beach is nice and sandy! i only saw 3 small jellyfish! my dad got stung by one while wind surfing and said it was just like a nettle sting. The inflatables pulled by the speedboat next to the gallen ship was great! And is quite cheap-5 DT(

There are market stalls in the hotel which are brilliant and just as cheap as the normal markets outside.
The evening entertainment was absolutely fantastic, it was outside and the team put on lots of wonderful shows, the best being the Lion King. There was a childrens disco before and an adults one afterwards.
The pools were great and the outside lunchtime food was great for kids, we only went inside for the restaurant twice.
There were flies but it was 140 degrees in a desert country, what do people expect? you get flies in the UK.
Staff were wonderful, as with most Arab countries they do expect a tip but are happy with anything, when my daugther collapsed we had staff helping from all sides and they certainly didn't expect a tip then.
All inclusive was with ID Photo cards and if you took the whole families cards you could get whatever you wanted. The top pool bar and food was less crowded. If you want a bed and cannot get one the porters will get you one from somewhere, even if it takes them 15 minutes for a tip, if you tip well on the first day they will help you each day, with a small tip.
Overall a fantastic holiday and we would definitely go back.
