We went to breakfast on the first morning, which was like a cattle market - hard boiled eggs, cornflakes which were stale. Nothing for children, even had to wait for milk.
The hotel guests were 80% russian 10% dutch/polish and 7% other nationalities. Very few English people, who all thought the food was disgusting and the lack of english facilities was disgusting. Thomas Cook should NOT sell this holiday to english people at all. They should also inform you that Turkey now deal in euros as well as lira!
THIS HAS PUT ME OFF TURKEY AND I DON'T THINK I WILL EVER GO BACK. I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL!

The food is the same all the time and the Russian people look at you like a piece of pooh. They cook a goat every Turkish night and it was disgusting and they all charge for the fruit.
I loved the slides and the pools and the beach and I would think about going here again.
The hotel is near Konakali about a 10 minute walk and about a 10 minute bus drive to Alanya.
All together I had a good time.

When built 3 years ago the hotel must have had a good view of the sea however another hotel has been built directly in front of it almost completely blocking the sea view. The hotel is still only a 2 minute walk away from the sea and has a beach bar and volley ball court there. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. We went there at the end of the season and everything was closing down - less quests - less entertainment, but they still made an effort.

Thankfully we stayed only for a week after 2 days of slop and salad we discovered Alanya and ate there for the rest of the holiday.
Location is in the middle of nowhere can't enjoy an evening stroll to stop you going insane with what they call entertainment.
You have to get the bus which is easy enough to do apart from crossing the main road.
If you have teenagers don't go.Hotel staff were pleasing enough but not over helpful. Would not go anywhere near this hotel again as its geared up for Germans, Dutch etc.
If travel agents are to continue using these resorts for British tourists they are obligated to ensure catering reflects normal eating requirements of all guests.
I dont know who eats cold brussel sprouts.

The rooms were adequate and clean, that's if it's ready in time for your arrival.
Restaraunt/Food is absolutely repulsive, I'm sorry but to queue for 15 mins for burger/sasauge or keebab is just not acceptable in what is supposed to be a 4* hotel. Our Eastern European Guest prepare themself for a month long siege, looking at the amount of food the pile on their tables and tables are in lines seating 8 each, looks more like a military field kitchen, that's if you get there early enough for the table, don't bother going late, there's nothing left!
Entertainment, Dire! and unable to understand.
No where "nice" to sit down and enjoy a relaxing drink.
All in all the worst holiday experience ever, and my Family and I have travelled extensively.

To be fair, all the staff were helpful and friendly, even though, for the most part, the English spoken by them was limited. However, there are a good number that can speak English and the staff seemed to like the British in general. Nevertheless, there were only a few British families on the site. The ones we met were good people and we had a good grin with them.
The Rep, was very nice and was on site every day (Saturday was her day off). She kept us informed of what was available to us and pointed us in the right direction of some good excursions, with a trip to the Turkish Baths in Alanya certainly being the pick of these. We also went to the Troy Water Park, which was OK. However, it represented poor value for money and simply could not cope with a large number of visitors, as its limited size, and selection of slides (11) did not not keep the masses entertained for long periods. Keeping hold of rubber rings (needed for most of the slides) was hard work and it was not uncommon to see these items snatched out of the hands of guests by the Security. Oh yeah, the rep sold us, for
