The whole resort was very clean.
The beach was also very nice and the views from the beach were unbelieveable. You can see Greece and at night when I sat in the club you could see the lights in Greece.

Bitez was a stunning resort, the only restaurant that truly deserves visiting is called "Sungar Pizza" don't get misled by the name, they do a great menu that caters for all tastes, the traditional Turkish food is stunning as are the Pizzas,Steaks and fish dishes. Just walk past the Red Dragon, and the Blue Moon to the top of the street where you will see the Sungar Pizza sign pointing to the right follow the road for about 50 metres and it's there on the left hand side of the road. fantastic food and really genuinely gracious people. no harrasment common with the beachfront. I suggest you eat here then take a walk along the front commenting that your meal cost half the price that they all charge. It doesn't figure!!!! 5 minutes from the beach a beautiful pizza costs 4,000,000 while the restaurants on the front charge more than double that...

The beach area is lively at all times, the beach a bit shingley but there is no shortage of free sunbeds along the whole beach. A great family place not a huge amount of big nightclubs but you could visit a different restaurant every night of your holiday and the friendly and outgoing Turkish people will always make your evening fun. A few shops but as good a bargain to be found as in the big markets in other towns. Great bus service. Sea shelves gently in a calm bay so safe for the kids. Lots of water sports.

The resort is mainly beach based with the bars and eating houses stretched all the way along the beachfront. All the sunbeds are free on the beach and belong to the bar owners,so wherever you deposit your bums, thats where you are expected to buy your drinks or snacks from. But beware! one one occassion we ended up paying through the nose for drinks...Free sunbeds eh? Best to ask the price first. The resort has a few shops mainly down by the Mosque area which sell general gifts, jeans, belts and shirts etc. The main shopping area is Bodrum, about 10mins away by the local transport (the Dolmus)
All in all, Bitez is a nice place for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle.

If you stay in this resort make sure you go to the waterpark and if you do go on the black hole. The beach was stoney and a bit cramped but make sure you by your food from the green reastraunt at the start of the beach as is cheap.

The resort is fairly small, yet is close enough to Bodrum to gain quick easy access to the whole peninsula. The beach is quite pebbly, so some cover is required for feet when entering the water at some spots. Ther are many vaired resturants, it would take 3/4 weeks to eat in all of them, as yet we have not found a bad one. Not many shops yet however this year ther are more being built.

Bitez was a very clean resort with a beautiful clean beach. There was many great restaurants in bitez and along the beach with a market next to it as well. Restaurants we recomend is Sunger pizza as it does fantastic pizza's and a variety of other great dishes, the red dragon does lovely dinners and a wonderful breakfast, fourseasons and bluemoon also did great food. You should also visit Mcdonalds in the market bit of Bodrum you get meals twice the size of english and cheaper!

bitez is a rather laid back place a lot of turks go there for their holidays, if you like peace go here. The only problem we found was all the resturants try and press gang you into eating there,i called it running the gauntlet.
we ate at the hotel and manuelas both wich were very nice and cheap. we had a meal at the red dragon wich was nice but was very expensive, about fifty five pounds for two adults and two children, all our other meals cost us about twenty pounds.
The Taste of turkey night was fun but not good value for money. turkey night at the sirca was out of this world all for a tenner each and half price for children. we booked one trip (dreamgirls) with Huso at bitez travel (xl travel)in the squre past the mosque, he gave us our trip alot cheaper than the reps and threw two free ones in a turkish bath (its a must)and turkestrez market (brilliant but watch your wallet)
huso told me where to go for a turkish shave (sun barbers) say hello to jim, the full works for two Quid,if you get friendly with Huso he advises you where to go and buy,and what to see he's a real gentleman.
all the sunbeds are free but they are owned by the bars and like you to purchase a drink from them. The beach is a sand\shingle not at all busy and very nice.if you like busy and night life, gumbet is just next door five mins in a taxi or fifteen in a dolmush. taxis are double after midnight it cost us four pounds.
we are thinking of going back as we had one of our best holidays and we had never been to turkey before as we heard so many bad things so my advice is don't belive it the sirca is brilliant.
