Very impressed with Bitez, very relaxing and laid back.
Lots of good places to eat and drink, beach was very clean and locals very friendly. Would highly recommend Siesta boat trip, captain was fantastic and he can cook a mean curry! we loved it so much we did it twice.
We will definately go back.

Bitex is an excellent base for travelling the Bodrum area, the local dolmus bus service is excellent and very cheap. The peaceful atmosphere is probably not for everyone, however the nightlife is just a short 5 minute dolmus ride away in either Bodrum or Gumbet. Ther are just a few shops in the small square by the Mosque, so shopahollics would need to catch the afore mentioned dolmus into Bodrum, Gumbet, or the many markets around the peninsula, one of the best is in Turgutreis on a Saturday. The windsurfing is second to none here, and there are alwats excellent value for money daily boat trips on offer. Try the organised trips on offer at the local travel agents, again excellent value, and all covered by insurance. Can't praise the area enough, keep it under your hat or it just might get spoilt!

The beach front was beautiful with beds, hammocks cushions etc and everything was exceptionally clean. The entertainment was ok but I dont think I would change it for the night life in Gumbet.
I would prefer Bitez to stay the way it is, because i think that is its beauty. If you want the loud music and the karaoke bars then you can get it in Gumbet or Bodrum. Bitez is my little bit of paradiise.

The resort was very clean there is pleanty of entertainment for the children and adults the beach is beautiful.
There is so much to see and do we are 100% positive we are coming back we wouldnt go anywhere else.

Nice bay with many resaurants and not enough tourists so lots of hard sell to get your custom as you walk by... so much so that it got rather tedious... nice beach with plenty of free sunbeds.
No entertainment as such so nearby Gumbet/Bodrum for that.. there is no reason for us to revisit Bitez..

Bitez is Heaven lots of little Restaurants on the Sea Front a World away from its Neighbour Gumbet.
The Resort beach is quite stoney with a shallow sea, Watersports and several shops, along with 3 Jewellers.

Bitez is a lovely resort with lots of restaurants and bars a very good place for a chill out sort of holiday.
The locals are very nice people and do not hassle you as much as other places in Turkey.
All in all we had a great relaxing break and hope to return next year.

Resort is great if you want a hassle free, relaxing time. The great thing about it is that if you want more lively nightlife, then gumbet is only a 5 minute taxi away and bodrum only 25 minutes on a dolmus. We unfortunatley did not find the main hub of activity in bitez (around the mosque area on the promenade) until our 4th night!!!!
Beach is not the most sandy , however it is more than adequate.

Bitez is a beutiful resort lovely people exellent eating places ie Four season.A must is a boat Trip strongly recommended, the market near the mosque very friendly people and good bargains.When I stayed here on the last friday there was a thunder storm which flooded the sea front but every one chipped in to put things right lovely holiday shame about hotel. plenty of places to eat every-one top class.

The resort itself is lovely and very pretty. The beach and sea are very clean with free sunbeds and umbrellas. There is an excellent choice of restaurants right on the beach serving some very nice dishes. The people overall are very friendly.
Would definitely return to this resort, but just not at the MANUELA!
