Worth paying all inclusive for the drinks, but not the food. Expect to eat out occasionally.
Best rooms: Ground floor, facing the pool.

resort seems to grow before your eyes, quite clean abundence of bars, restraunts and the usual shops. Theres a go kart track and a few fair rides. The best thing about Hisaronu is you can get to a lot of other resorts as its so central

You had to walk into the next resort which was Hisaronu for all the shops and resturants. The staff in most shops and resturants we tried were very friendly.
The beach was a 10 minute bus ride away into Olu Deniz which was beautiful. We spent every day down there apart form one day as we went on a boat trip.

Lovely resort with lots of restaurants and bars-both lively and quiet so something for everyone. Lots of gift shops for an evening stroll and great trampolines for the kids!

i did not particularly want to stay in a mountain area as always had beach front holidays. but this resort has changed my outlook on this. no hassle to get you into restaurants and priced reasonable for all meals. there are lots of cheaper bars for drinks just need to look for them. vineyard is highly recommended for meals but then again lots of other places are just as nice. eat all you can meals very good value. would definitely go again to this area. only one thing was the spraying of mosquito dust? once a week, but worth it to make sure you mozzi free.

the town of hisaronu was a fantastic place to visit, it must have trebled in size since our last visit, we found the best place to eat. "the honeymoon restuarant" six quid for a three course meal, canny beat it. the resort itself was great and the people were so friendly. I would go back to this resort again.

I visited for the first time last year. My partner had visited three times before that. I am hooked!
We love the resort. There is so much to do and the bars and restaurants we returned to actually remembered us from September last year!
A Dolmus is easy to find to visit Olu Deniz. If you visit there pay to go on to the Lagoon beach (3Ytl each) and then you pay for the beds and umbrella (15YTL in total). It sounds a lot on top of your Dolmus, but worth it. It is actuall a national park, with a beautiful lagoon. There are changing rooms, showers and toilets available!
Hisaronu we love. The Lycian Cocktail bar is great fun, with waiters that wait on you and don't over power. Adam is lovely and we went back to see him. Tom, the bar managers is great too, and Zollah. All provide excellent service. If you return nightly don't be afraid to ask for discount!
Fez bar is good and a lot of English patriots visit. There is a pub quiz on a Thursday night that is a good laugh and gets really busy.
Restaurants to try are Oasis, a must, especially the fish shish kebab (15YTL) - Do not have a starter! Oasis Combo, a huge mixed grill!!! Also try Cheers. A bit conveyor belt, but nice all the same. Avoid Suntrap, all I have heard now is bad things and that was after our bad experience last year!
If you want a really authentic experience visit the top of Hisaronu and go to a bar called Nadar, up a beaten track, just past Del Boy's shop! Typical turkish BBQ food. Grilled meats, veg, salad, chips, dips and salad, with fresh fruit after. Such good value. 8 of us ate there with so much food and enough wine, beer and spirits to sink a ship and it was only 240 YTL (£105). All left full, drunk and happy.
We bought rings from OzGold, and great place with good discounts! But generally everywhere is really helpful. They WANT your money, so don't be afraid to haggle!!
I would not advise anyone to change money before you go. We got some changed at Gatwick, and exchanged at £1 = 2.25 YTL. It's actually 2.35 in the resort, and all restaurants and shops take English and actually exchange at this sort of rate
