Worth paying all inclusive for the drinks, but not the food. Expect to eat out occasionally.
Best rooms: Ground floor, facing the pool.

We loved Hisaronu and the Pink Palace was ideally situated as just a 10 min walk from the town centre so not too noisy and lovely views of the mountains.
I had tried to book to stay in Oludeniz but am now glad we stayed in Hisaronu as the bars and restaurants in Oludenix are more expensive and in my opinion not as good. Having said that, the beach is lovely and it's so relaxing to sit in one of the bars and watch the sun go down.
You have to go to the Blue Lagoon of course but we preferred to go to one of the private beaches which is just further along. To get to these you have to walk down the road, rather than go into the Blue Lagoon. We particularly liked Joseph's beach.
All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will be going back again, and I think will stay at the Pink Palace.
Also, if you book any trips, go and see Hamish McTurk in Hisaronu. He is great and will really look after you - nothing too much trouble. Hello Hamish!!

we have been to hisaronu 8 times now and return there twice every year. this is the only place we have ever returned to and thouroughly enjoy it every time we go. there is plenty to do for all ages and the people are very friendly and make you really welcome the nightlife great but you can also have a quiet night if you prefer me and my family would recommend this resort to anyone because we all love it there

Our hotel offered two resorts, Hisaronu and Olu Deniz.
Both reminded me of Benidorm in the early 80's.
Patronized by overweight, under-dressed Brit's who liked nothing better than shopping for the ridiculous copy wathces and clothing on offer in every shop; the same stock again and again and again. Turkish food was very hard to find in town.
PG Tea, Tesco Sausages and Bacon, Heinz beans HP sauce were available lowlights on many menu's.
Calis beach, an hour by Dolmus was much nicer, friendlier and even felt like we were in Turkey!

Hisaronu is a lovely place to visit, plenty of bars shops restaurants lovely and clean you dont find rubbish thrown in street.
Places to eat dippy dollies, codswallop, lemon tree, turkish ivy. Places to have a drink dreambar, boatbar if you like kareoke) Harrys bar.
We only went to beach once which was ok.
We would go back to this resort again.

Fantastic place, staing at hte back of Hisaronu meant that we had as much nightlife as we wanted but the hotel was quiet when we came home.
Plenty of restaurants to choose from, but if you want ot try traditional turkish cuisine then try the piano bar, the bees knees or the black and white efes restaurant on the main island. The Black and white bar also ser ves greek food and their kleftiko is to die for.
Didn't really do the clubs so can't comment on any of them really.
Would definitely go to Hisaronu again.

Loved Hisaronu, loads of places to eat and lots of shops. You must visit Fethiye, it's lovely to walk round the harbour.
If you are lucky you may see turtles or pelicans and sometimes dolphins. The old town has some excellent eating places such as Cafe Ole with heavenly mud cake
