Have to try Tommy's bar (2 minutes over the road) - fantastic food and service - Also Meryhem (a 10 minute walk towards square) is absolutely the best if you like local cuisine - try the mixed meze starter - WoW!

Plenty of lovely restaurants close by, and depending if you like Boom Boom bars or places for a chill drink, everything is on your doorstep, but doesn't interfere with your sleep.

the resort is beautiful with plenty of restaurants and bars. great fun in the bars all the bar staff work extremely hard to give you an enjoyable evening. harmony bar drag show was a great laugh.good choice of boat trips not to be missed we used the family boat trip 20 lira for 5 bay plus meal. dolmus cost 1.75 lira and taxi boat 7.5 lira into marmaris.

Before i stayed in marmaris and it was so loud, this time i stayed in icemeler and it was a lot quiter and calmer if i came back to Turkey i would defiantly stay back in icmeler.

Icmeler was very clean as usual, Entertaiment okay bit fed up now of the Michael Jackson shows and break dancing, love the turkish dancing could watch them all night.
Beach if gritty sand but don't mind this as it does not stick to you.
Yes would visit Icmeletr again as this was our 4th time, but next year are looking to go somewhere we have not been before in Turkey

10 lira a day for 2 beds and a parasol,sand is very course and dark...on a hot day a Taxi boat ride to Marmaris is a must,very scenic.

Lots of changes since our last visit. looks better where Harrys bar used to be. was disappointed to see at least 4 bars closed down though.

We did not eat in the Badadan as we have been to Icmeler before and knew where we wanted to go. If you turn left when you leave the Babadan the town centre is two minutes away. You get a bit of hassle from the restaurants down the main road.Once you get used to this its not too bad and we did not have a bad meal or service anywhere.
If you turn right you will find the Robin Hood one minute away.The price of beer and food was slightly less than in town or in the hotels and you get a friendly welcome from Alex and NO HASSLE. The food is excellent. The also have a pet zoo with rabbits ducks chickens and tortoises that you can take small children to see free.Just the place for a quiet meal or a cool drink in the heat of the day.
A good night out is the Stella Show on the harbour front. You need to book your table in advance but the show is free. Buy a meal or just a drink. A very funny drag show "Stella" even comes around in the interval to meet and have photos taken with the audience.

The resort itself was very clean.
There were a number of disco bars with staff putting on shows etc and plenty of up-to-date music.
Beach looked good but didn't visit it.
