What a joke! We have stayed in all-inclusive before and this really is only full board with a small choice of drinks available. There were no snacks to speak of (apart from dry cake at 5p.m. and if you got there at 5.05 p.m. it had gone). There was no entertainment during the day for the kids and the entertainment on an evening was very poor indeed and out of 14 nights it was only on 5 evenings and lasted only for an hour.
We have never seen so many people either move out of a hotel on their first day or move to another room, at any other hotel. It was like musicial suitcases.
The hotel is split into three blocks, the main reception/dining block is very smart, the second is on the way, but the third (were the majority of the English families are placed) was the poor relation. The majority of the guests are Russian and their manners need to be questioned (meal times was like feeding time at the zoo). The meals were certainly geared more to the other guests tastes and if you like rice and salad at every meal you will be happy.
The standard of cleanliness in block three in the public areas was poor and only after several complaints by a number of guests did they try to do something about it. Another critiscism is that they used glasses around the pool most of the time and there was a lot shrapnel about. Also there seemed to be a problem with the glazing in the doors (people seemed to be able to break the glass very easily, several doors had no glass in and somebody's patio door broke so easily it was scary).
The only redeeming points about the hotel is that the swimming pools with the slides do keep the kids occupied for a few days and it is in a quiet location.
If you do decide to go here be prepared to take extra spending money with you, because you will most certainly be going out to eat eleswhere and to seek entertainment.

On arriving at the hotel we were given a tiny attic room with 4 beds and 1 wardrobe with 3 hangers. It was extremely difficult to move round the room, with no storage space. Being an attic room it was also extremely hot, The room did have air conditioning but this only worked for a max of 2 hours by which time the ice build up in the unit caused the fan to stop. The unit had to be switched off and allowed to defrost, the result was that the ice melted onto the carpet and caused that to be constantly wet. Despite complaints to the hotel it took some 4 days before we were moved to a better room. Although this room was much bigger the drains smelt the whole time despite lots of complaints.
The holiday was sold as an All Inclusive however this was not the case. Food was only available during the designated meal times, it was not possible even to get a cup of coffee outside these times. There was no allowance for children in the menu. The food its self was of a very poor standard when compared to other similar holidays we have taken. The food was always cold, this was due to the food being left, uncovered, in a small room between the pool and the restaurant, this room and the restaurant was always full of flies. No effort was taken by any of the staff to cover food or demonstrate even the most basic hygiene standards. Any complaints were greeted with a shrug.
The food was so bad that we were forced to eat out for every meal.
Drinks were also supposed to be included, however, they would constantly run out of soft drinks. On occasions bottles were used instead of the draft mixers. However, these had usually been left in the sun and were hot, ice was hardly ever available.
The hotel has 2 outdoor and 1 indoor pools. The indoor pool was so dirty I would not even go in it! The out door pool is not suitable for children, the shallowest part is 2.5M deep. The children
