We arrived at this apartment and after asking for low floor due to having a toddler with buggy, we were given the attic room with no lift!!
Hotel was fitly, marks & damp on walls, pull out bed full of rubbish inside it, bathroom stunk and was filthy with burnt out light so only wall light worked, looked dangerous, reception consisted of 1 chair and small table under the stairs, no phone or anyone there to man it.
We transferred the next day to another apartment after complaining to the rep, we found out afterwards this was a common occurrence due to the poor standards of the accommodation, local was central only plus point, pool was tiny in the shade with no kids pool.

Well where do I start with this place, it was a family of 6 that went (inc my 12 y/o daughter and my 2 y/o grandaughter) arrived at the hotel/dump the place was disgusting, rooms were bare with smashed windows glass on the floor (with a 2 year old) if you were 1'3" you would have been able to stand under the shower which was hanging off the wall, broken smashed tiles, dirty walls, travel cot was not fit for anything let alone a child it was filthy.
Staff aka one person were nowhere to be seen, Bar - had a crystal disco ball wow! Place was shabby and hanging together.
The pool was diabolical children were standing next to the pool urinating in it and the pool was big enough for a small family alone!
Advised the rep that this place was a serious health hazard she was extremley unhelpfull and told us that she wouldnt even leave her dog in these apartments for 2 weeks let alone people didnt even transfer us to a new hotel even though having 2 children in the end we ended up paying
