Only one problem was we had a massive storm on the sunday and our room flooded so we had to move but there was no fuss at all and the reception staff and cleaners were all very friendly.
The food was good but repetitive mostly chicken and fish but at the end of the day we payed

Room was small and difficult to use shower as it was hand held. Staff were unhelpful and entertainment was a CD Player.
Drinks were 1 bar and you had to try and get staff from the restaurant to follow you to the bar to serve you. Best part of holiday was when we paid to move to another Hotel.

Great location, fine as a base - but little else to recommend.

We have never stayed All Inclusive before and thought we'd give this a try.
We arrived late in the evening and at night without much lighting the hotel isn't appealing and the reception area was a bit of a let down. We had a slight problem with our room and the most lovely Manager Orhan came and immediately resolved the problem and we settled in, thank you to you Ohran.
Our rooms were very small and the decor could have been painted better, but I have to say they are improving things all the time as in some rooms the bathrooms were fabulous, although again a little small, for a 6ft partner it is a squeeze, but manageable.
The rooms were cleaned every day and if you wanted to change your towells you placed them near the door on the floor so the cleaner would know to change them, or they may not get changed for 2 days. I just popped the "Please clean room" sign on the door every day and without fail it was done, with fresh towels laid in designs of hearts, flowers, petals, put on the bed it was a very nice touch to come back to. The grounds of the hotel are pretty but could be so much more with the tidying up of the balconies. The pool is a nice size and clean, the pool bar is a bit of a let down but pleasant.
We throughly enjoyed the food and the kitchen staff did a fantastic job, there was always something available, breakfast, lunch, snacks, cakes, evening meals, although breakfast was strictly Continental and bacon would have been a splendid idea. I loved the salads, there was such a good variety, fresh vegetables, rice, plenty of chicken and fish! but cooked in many different ways, all of which where great. You were able to help yourself to hot drinks, squashes, which they made up from bottled water, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks up to midnight only.
The Location of the Pink Palace, was for us the best part. You are surrounded by mountains and the sunsets are beautiful. You are so close to the hustle and bustle of Hisaronu within 10 mins walk or 3 mins Taxi and very near to the beautiful area of Oludeniz, 5/6 mins in a Taxi, quite exhausting to walk as you are up in the mountains at the Pink Palace.
The hotel staff are usually happy to help, they may not all speak English but we can all be polite even if we dont speak the same language and they always smiled acknowledged you and paid attention to you, I couldn't fault them. They all work very hard.
The Entertainment at the Pink Palace is growing. Andy, Jimmy and Jay Jay were part of a team of staff who really tried to make you enjoy yourself even if you didn't feel like it! We had Bingo, Mr Pink Palace, Miss Pink Palace, a Belly Dancing show, they really made us laugh! The entertainment staff have one of the hardest jobs we think. They have to make friends with everyone and its people like these who remain in our thoughts because they make our holidays more memorable. Thank you to them and a big thank you to the entertaining "hip shaking" bar staff we jeered on to dance for us, especialy allowing us to play our own cd's!! But I would say they're Gym is non-existant and so is the Games Room, with these up and running and maybe a Pool Table, I'm sure it would allow people to do more activities at the hotel.
We would definately go to the Pink Palace again, we met fantastic people and warmed to the Turkish traditions. We give the Pink Palace a Big THUMBS UP!

Sstaff helpful but entertainment poor.
The food was a big let down to us very poor selection always served cold and never covered up it was served outside and was covered in flies wasps and the odd bird.
There was also a very limited drink selection at the bar.
Overall we had a good time here but they need to work on the food and drink we would go back again if they sorted the food and drink !!!

Well what I can say need not have worried it is the best we have ever been to in Turkey. The rooms were a little small but did not really care as we never spent anytime in there.
Pool was big with pool games going on in the afternoon.
Food was great plenty of choice including chips if you can't live without them. Plenty of fruit juices, tea and coffee, beer and local spirts.
Staff was great always friendly and there to help (especially Ayhan) who took us out clubing. The manager Ohyan was very good got to know everyone and there needs.
All I can say is what a great holiday we had and will go back again next year can't wait. So we are looking forward to seeing all our friends again. Thanks to all staff at Pink Palace for a great holiday.
If you want to go on any day trips out go on the jeep safari it was the best also go to the Dalyan mud baths.

The entertainment was fantastic to, I entered the Miss pink plalace competition and the entertainer (andy) was just so funny. He was sat next to me and I couldn't do any thing else but laugh.
The food was great, something for everyone, a large variety. Location counln't be any better either, only about a 10 minute walk to hisaruo. I would go here every single year!!!

Looking foward to this holiday for a long time what a disapointment. We had room 104 all I can say is if you have been in prison you will know what this room is like.
Hotel staff could not speak English {well not to your face} and did not even try to understand you. The entertainment was non existant.
We made our own watching other guest dodge the birds and flies. This hotel is in a perfect spot for anyone on sas training. We were all in bed by 10.30pm as it was all closed, could not get a drink after about 9.45.
Would not got to this hotel again for all the tea in China.
