This hotel has the potential to be good but it is let down by many things:

1. Cramped sunbeds around pools

2. Food is OK but not brilliant - one night chicken was definitely not cooked properly and husband was very ill, thankfully I left it. Then one morning at breakfast milk was off and bread was mouldy!

3. Kids den is not very different from a small family room - definitely not worth the

The reviews from this year are well deserved as this hotel is just fab. Our two kids (8 & 5) had the time of their lives.

Great stuff:
Hotel is beautiful and spotless. Staff are really friendly and work very hard cleaning it.
Food is excellent with good variety. Pools are superb. Kids clubs brill as is kids evening show (though should be longer). Swim Kids and Holiday Soccer school fantastic.

Could be better:
Beach is a bit rough - try the Sarigerme beach a mini bus (Dolmus) ride away just 1 lira per adult. Entertainment was OK as far as it went - quiz questions same each time! Location is a little out of the way. Some of the hotel shops are expensive - so go to the town or market. Some other British guests just have no respect for surroundings or staff - these were the biggest negative.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at this hotel and were really impressed!!!!

The hotel itself was spotless, with staff working 24 hours a day in every area.

The food was brilliant. There was lots to choose from even for the kids.

The hotel staff couldnt be more helpful and friendly. Where ever you looked there was a member of staff whether it be a member of the firstchoice team or hotel staff.

The entertainment was the best ever!!!! Something different every night and really good quailty entertainment. There was even a babysitting service and the kids club had activities going on from 10am until 11pm. It was great!!!!

The only thing that wasnt really good was the location, however we didnt notice much as we only left the holiday village once and that was to go to the market on the Sunday.

What a wonderful 2 week stay, hotel spotlessly clean, the turkish staff very pleasant and friendly, food out of this world especially the desserts (im half stone heavier than when i went)

we tried the italian restaurant once upstairs very big portions and very delicious.

kids buffet great but finishes at 8pm so get there early, for selection of nuggets, fishfingers, pizza, mash pots etc.

Entertainment team great, kids club on nearly all day you can choose what sessions you want my kids loved the 9pm to 11pm club (was a

We have just returned from the best holiday ever!! The hotel is fantastic!

Hotel Cleanliness: Wow! We have never stayed anywhere so clean - and what with all the kids that were staying in the hotel the staff can only be commended for keeping it spotless!

Hotel Location: Before we booked the PP we thought long and hard about the location. But, to be honest, it was exactly what we wanted. Personally, we don't like built up holiday resorts - so Sarigerme was just perfect; no rowdy bars and discos, no Club 18-30s and nobody intimidating you. In fact, the mountain scenery around the hotel was a big plus point - it was stunning.

Hotel Staff: You could not meet nicer people! They were always smiling and could not do enough for you. However, on a few occasions I was shocked to hear how some of the British guests spoke to the staff, especially at the bars. I must say their patience and integrity has to be admired - I know what I would have done!

Entertainment: Excellent - all of us have diverse tastes, and we all found something that we enjoyed. The E3 Team are excellent and make a point of coming round after the show to listen to your comments and feedback. The Kiddie clubs are great. A few times a week you are asked to pay a

Hotel lovely, spotless constantly being cleaned by staff who were fantastic whatever they were doing and nothing was to much trouble.

Our first week was the best 8/6/06 the second weeks intake of guests seemed much ruder! Our main complaint of this hotel was the stupid ampitheatre we named it the crampitheatre we needed a chiropractor after the first week.

Having 3 kids this was where our nights out were spent but just could not take it after a week what with numb bums cricked backs, constant spilt drinks cos of kids jumping from 1 bench to another why oh why first choice?

We heard this complaint again and again if only they'd put tables and chairs in there we would have sat there all night.

We thought entertainment was good but missed a lot choosing to sit in a comfy bar area some people even took the deckchair cushions in to sit on.

Bingo was dismal nowhere to rest on and the constant breaks in between entertainment were so long and late it drove us nuts first choice really need to sort this out its the only thing that would make us think twice about coming back.

Wow! What else can I say - what a fantastic holiday. I'm envious of everyone going there this year.

Hotel is a massive complex, which is extremely clean and tidy. We stayed in a Jacuzzi Suite, which I would highly recommend. Very spacious, with King Size Bed in Bedroom. Double sofa bed in Lounge area with television. Plenty of wardrobe space.

Plenty of sunbeds around the many pools, need to hunt for a mattress, but certainly didn't spoil the holiday if you didn't have one!! You do not need to take any beach towels, as the towel hut and service is fab, we got 4 clean beach towels every day of our holiday!!

Food is fantastic and vary varied. Plenty of vegetables, meat dishes, pasta and rice. Salads, cheese and biscuits and puddings to die for. Snack lunches of Hot Dog, Burgers, Pizza etc, at the Pool Bar are also great. I defy anyone to go to this hotel and not put weight on!!

If you want a get away from it all holiday, then this is the place to go. The hotel is completely on its own a little way from the town. Peaceful at night and with no cooking, cleaning etc. paradise!!

The hotel staff are brilliant, so friendly and really entered into the atmosphere, supporting England during the World Cup Games. My only moan would be that I wished they cleaned the dining tables quicker, many a day I ended up doing it myself. Though I must say, towards the end of our holiday they did seem to get quicker as guests were complaining.

Entertainment fab, the team are excellent!! Just wish they had table and chairs in the amphitheatre so you could enjoy a relaxing drink and comfortable chairs whilst you watched the entertainment. Don't bother taking a drink in there, as it will only get spilt down you by all the unruly kids!!!! Enjoyed many an evening at the Pool Bar, listening to the E3 team singing. A really lovely atmosphere.

Turkish Night every Sunday where they have Turkish Food, Market Stalls, Camels and Belly Dancers shouldn't be missed

Ate in the Asian and Italian Restaurant, but preferred the buffet food downstairs and service was extremely slow!

Shops in hotel are great and not a rip off. Bargains to be had there and also at the Sunday Market - definitely worth a visit.

To everyone going, you are sure to have a fantastic time - enjoy!!

We stayed in the Palace half of the hotel which was excellent. I read not so good reviews before we went and was not so sure on booking and only booked this hotel as I lost two previous choices. So on the flight over I was dreading it.

Once booked into the hotel your luggage was brought to your room by a bell boy and on opening the door I was pleasently supprised at how nice the room was, nothing like what I imagined. It was spacious, nice view, two rooms and was spotlessly clean.

The location is not too bad, as with most all inclusives they tend to be isolate so this did not bother us.

The food was excellent, very fresh and well prepared even my fussy six year old ate well. Always plenty of choice and loads of fresh fruit too.

The staff were very nice too. The cleaners never seemed to stop they were always at it, even when you went back to your room at night, you would still see them.

The entertainment was good too, the children loved it.

One thing I would mention is money. At lot of the items at the hotel is priced up in pounds, so you do not need lira in the hotel, I would take half and half as if I would have known this I would not have taken as much turkish lira.

The pools are excellent plenty of sunbeds but not as many soft cushions for them, not that it mattered. There is also plenty of shaded area for when it gets too hot.

Overall I would definately book this hotel again, you always get someone moaning but why is beyond me, it was brill.

The kids clubs were good too, my two did not go in them much, as they enjoyed the pool to much, but when they did go in them, they really enjoyed it.

Just got back from Pegasos Palace and really enjoyed the whole two weeks we were there.
Food you couldn't complain on, everybody was catered for and there was a large selection.
Location was lovely. It's unspoilt at the moment but within 5 years it will look totally different.
Staff were very friendly and worked really hard. They were always there to take your plate or your empty cup.
The only thing that let me down was the entertainment. The first choice staff did there best but there wasn't enough variety in the whole fortnight.
Between 8-9pm they showed the same show Crowsfeet Island which was for children, but surely even they would get bored with seeing the same day in day out.
Entertainment also finished no later than eleven o'clock. I feel that something more could of been done for the older people after eleven.
