We found the hotel to be very clean and the garden area's were kept in great condition.

The hotel food was good but for some reason the second week we were there it was not so good eg 4/5 day's the only breakfast cereal for the kids was oats, musili etc where as the week before there was cornflakes choco chips etc !!!!!

The location was in the middle of nowhere but this is quite clear in the brochure, the thing that did disappoint was the beach, if you are going expecting a great beach with good swimming then you will be disappointed, the sea goes from nothing to 10 feet deep within 10 yards, not good if you have children but the pools are so good it more than makes up for it.

The hotel staff were great as were the bar staff, I found that a please and thank you go a long way, so many people could not understand why I was served before them, perhaps it was because they would walk to the bar and say BEER !!
The entertainment we found good, the teams tried so hard and the acts flown in were excellent.

We would not go again as we like somewhere different every year but would certainly recommend it to anyone, just turn a blind eye to the 5% of people with no manners who are trying to turn a 4 star hotel into a 2 star.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful, if you play tennis then take your racket as it costs

FANTASTIC!! - Well what more can I see? We had an absolute ball! Travelling on my own with my Daughters i'm always a little worried that I will feel uncomfortable or isolated in a Hotel. Well I had a brilliant time. Both other visitors and staff always made me feel at ease.

The kids loved the kids clubs and the reps worked really hard to ensure that there was a great variety for them to do. I actually had a break! They went to at least three different sessions a day.

The swimming pools are fabulous and I even had to have a crack on the slides.

The food was gorgeous. Great variety and something for everyone.

Ignore the moaners, there's always 1. Go out there with an open mind and you'll have a blast too!!

We had a great week, fantastic trip on the boat and the jeep, far better value than we have experienced in Spain and it's Islands.

Me and my friends family went last year and we really enjoyed it we went all inclusive to the palace and tropical hotels and stayed in the tropical side of the complex.

The hotel cleanliness was great always seen someone cleaning all the me.

The food was great just abit cold but never mind. The location I wouldn't know because the complex had so much on it we didn't have t go outside the complex.

The staff were OJ always smiling at you and friendly.

The entertainment were good always something different each night.

My first time in Turkey happened to be by chance we should have been going to another hotel in Greece but was cancelled at the last minute due to the Hotel not being ready, so I wasnt looking forward to going to the Pegasos Palace because I hadnt chose it.

However from the moment we pulled up to the Hotel at silly o'clock in the morning we knew we had hit the jackpot. From the attention we got at check in in the Hotel to our luggage being taken up to our rooms by some very friendly staff. We knew we were on to a winner.

There isnt much I can complain about here, the Hotel is spotless and the staffs attention to detail and how keen they were to making every aspect of our stay a memorable one is out of this world.

The maid came into our room every day and cleaned, the towels were changed as often as we needed them to be.

The food in the Hotel was varied and very nice, I must admit I was craving bangers and mash by the end of the fortnight, but I tried everything and I cant say I was dissapointed, the snacks were wonderful, watching someone make you a pizza from scratch and then tasting the mouth watering results I dont think I will forget. The waiters were always pleasant and helpful with a good understanding of English.

The Entertainment team were out of this world, every day and every night they entertained us with the most wonderful shows, they never tired and always came out at the end of the night for our feed back, did we enjoy the show, is there anything else we would like to see. The team that was there through the day to help were a god send when our daughter came down with chicken pox, she was extreamly ill, we had to have the doctor out one morning at 3am and she stayed with us for two and a half hours because her temp was 104 and she wanted to make sure it was at a less dangerous level. The reps arranged for us to have room service in our room because we couldnt take her out for three days and didnt charge us. They telephoned every day to ask how she was and the kids club even brought her some play dough, crayons, felt pens and pictures to colour while she was poorly in her room. She was still poorly on the day we were flying home and the doctor wasnt sure if she would be able to fly and although we had a late check out to 6pm and not due to go to the airport till 3am they also arranged for us to keep our room till 12 midnight which gave her time to recupperate and made a big difference.

Well done to all involved in this wonderful holiday village I take my hat of to you, you made our stay memerable and will be sampling more holiday villages in the furture.

Me and my family have just arrived back from Pegasos Palace just over 24 hours ago.

We have been into our first choice office with a box of chocolates to say thankyou. This holiday was the first time we have been abroad and we loved every minute of it.

We found the staff to be very polite, helpful and easy to talk to. There was so much to do we wish we had had 2 weeks now. I couldn't get over how clean the grounds were kept. Staff everywhere making sure everything was ok and clearing cups etc from the designated clearance points (when people put cups etc there).

The food was fabulous. Spoilt for choice. Some of the food wasn't like English (beans, mash etc) but there was plenty of fruit and veg for meals aswell as chips, burgers, pizza, fish and chicken/turkey/steak.

I have never eaten so much and the kids loved being able to help themselves and have the independance of getting their own food and the staff were always around for help.

We laughed at how quick the staff cleared your dishes away after you had finished. Very efficient.

The kids disco was fabulous. My kids loved it. It was a feature of getting tea and being at the Amitheater for 8pm every night. We even stayed in the ampitheater till the end of the show. Found it was entertaining not just for adults but children as well.

We went for a day trip to the mud baths and Itzu beach. Well worth the money. Beautiful country.

Even looking into going back next year.

We have just returned from a week at the Pegasos Palace and loved it! I would totally agree with earlier posts that this was the best ever.

The hotel was immaculate, the food was fantastic, the people were great and the entertainment was the best we have seen at an AI hotel. I have scored the hotel down on location but I think that everyone knows that there is not much in Sarigerme but it is only 15-20 mins from the airport (which is great at 3am!) and with just 7 days to fill, we didn't need much more around us when the hotel has so much to offer.

I would also add that the kids clubs were brilliant too. To be able to lose your kids for at least 1.5 hours (also 9-11pm)5 times each day is great. We didn't use the clubs as much as some but our daughter loved it every time and it was very secure.

If your going soon, we are very jealous. Well done First Choice and Iberostar.

We arrived home this morning after 2 weeks in the Pegasos Palace, Sarigerme. Well, what can I say except that we had a ball!! After reading lots of reviews on here, we were quite worried to say the least, but, all I can say is that there are an awful lot of moaners around!! We had a wonderful time. The food was excellent, lots and lots of choice. Every night there was loads of choice, (adult as well as childrens sections). The children, aged 9 and 10, took no encouraging whatsoever to eat, was more like trying to stop them!! From the moment that we got up in the morning until bedtime the food was wonderful. Breakfast was worth getting up for (my hubby and I don"t usually bother at home before work!!).

All the reps were very helpful when we saw them about booking the excursions, the inclusive cruise and the mud baths, which were good value for money as well as good fun.

The cleanliness was second to none. The staff never seemed to stop. You would walk from the pool to get pizza or a burger for lunch, and they would be mopping behind you so that you wouldn"t slip on way back!! The Turkish people are incredibly polite and helpful (some of the Brits could take a leaf out of their book, because they were rude to the staff, treating them like servants!!).

We treated ourselves to a leather coats from the shops in the Hotel, because they were excellent quality and amazing value, as well as a bit of fun if you enjoy a barter (which the Turkish love too!!).

We look forward to returning next year, and would recommend this Hotel to anyone with children. The Entertainment was very "child orientated", but then in all fairness, this Hotel is very much a family complex. We absolutely loved it there.

P.S. Don"t worry about taking beach towels, because they give you a clean one each, every day (free of charge...WOW!!).

If you have half as much fun as we did, you"ll have an amazing holiday. Don"t worry about it, just book it!!

We have just returned from this Hotel,After reading last years reports just before we went we thought oh my god.But we can tell you the Iberostar group now run this hotel for Firstchoice & its the cleanest place we have ever been.10/10 for Firstchioce/Iberostar.

There is a mozzie problem but use a 50% Deet & they,ll stay away.Excellent Pools & slides kids clubs etc.Rooms spotless,Gardens beautiful.

Just a litle room for improvement on the food side of things.Excellent choice for familys up to age of 11/12yrs-not alot for teenagers.
