HI, We was thinking of using the one in Bolton as it's not far to take it ourselfs, looking on there website the form to down load is coming up the london one, I might be wrong.

Thanks for that salord, i have down loaded both sets of forms to make sure i had the right one. we live in merseyside but only about 40 minute drive, just seems better then going to one of the surgeries.

They said it takes 10 working days, sometimes less.

You can drop them off and pick them up from the shop. They do discounts for group applications as well

They are doing ours for £37.50 for 8 of them

That is good, do we still need to take special delivery envelopes for them to send?

You only need that if you are having them sent to your house, as the fee covers their postage.

The only thing I'm not sure about is the references on the form, who would I put on it from India?

We have just put down the hotel we are staying at and that has been fine, the first time we went i left it blank and we had no problem. one more question as well are they open saturdays as we won't have to have a day off in the week to go down.

That's all we have done in the past, you can put down your tour operator as well, thanks for your help it does'nt seem to be quite as daunting to get our visa's now.

for your referees, put the hotel manager, then the name of the hotel. for the 2nd, put your holiday tour rep. for instance:- first choice representative, c/o. then the name of your hotel. "bingo" it works every time for me!!!!

Does any body know which embassy Bradford will be under, my friends are going to the visa surgery on the 6th of October I have down loaded London Embassy forms, for them, I have just realised that they might be the wrong ones.

You have the right ones, I downloaded London ones for the surgery in Leeds a couple of weeks ago

The form situation seems crazy for the surgery applications !!
For Bolton you need Birmingham forms, for Leeds & Bradford you need London ?
I will be making the trip to Huddersfield - which do I need for there ? If no one knows, who do i contact to find out ?
This is one big problem the HCOI needs to get sorted asap, seems to be lots of fed-up Goa addicts...

If you go to the visa surgery list I think it tells you which forms to download

You could ring the Sikh Leisure Centre in Huddersfield directly spike, on 01484 450650. Since they're running the surgery, I'm assuming they'll know (?)

Hi,

Anyone been to the HCI London in the last week or so for their visa(s)?

Last year I went to get my visa in December. I'm wondering if it will be as mad tomorrow? Basically, I would like to know how busy I shall expect it.
