There are quite a few threads about beach huts so its impossible to give all the links and I am not keen on merging them all as they are for different areas. If you go to search at the top of the page and put in huts and highlight the Goa forum you will find them all( please choose the threads option rather than posts)
Of course I'm sure others will give opinions on your thread but it's give you a start.

hi,we are going to goa (arpora)for the second timethis february,we have friends coming with us,it`s their fist timeand they really want to stay for a night or two in a beach hut, could anyone suggest, where would be best, and which is the best way to book it,would be really gratefull for any info. thanks
S2 at Ashvem are very good huts as are many others, my advice is to get to the area you fancy and just have a look around and barter for what you like. There are always vacancies.
Grab a taxi and go for a day , have a look round see which appeals,we have stayed either at Ashvem or Mandrem for the past 5 yrs. They will always show you the inside of the huts that are empty and go for it ..last year we stayed in Baga for 3 weeks and went to the beach huts the two week ends when Baga got very busy...It was absolute heaven ...Sorry not saying where we stayed in case theres no room for us in Feb .
