Hi we have booked club Letoonia with first choice for next year 5th-19th July we have never been to Turkey usually go to Greece so have a few questions

we have booked a bungalow, are we better requesting a high or low floor, just i have read some reviews stating that the low floors dont have a balcony is this correct?

and will my 11 year old be kept entertained at this hotel she is normally happy to join in kids clubs etc.

thank you i would appreciate any comments/information on club letoonia/fethiye/turkey :cheers

Am thinking of booking here for our 25 wedding aniversary first week in May 2010. Has anybody stayed this early in the season? Whats the weather like? is much of the complex open? is there a heated pool?. Sorry for all the questions but I want to make sure this is the right place as it will be the first time away without the children and wanted to make it special. Thanks Di.

Hi wolvo Girl, I can answer a couple of your questions. We haven't yet been to Club Letoonia but we have been to Letoonia Golf resort in Belek, the first week of May. The weather then is a bit chancy, it can be really hot when the sun comes out but you can have rain and it can be quite cold at night (11 degrees.) We have been to Belek two years running at the beginning of May and last year we had no rain but this year it poured for a couple of days. As its coldish at night they didn't open all the restaurants and the entertainment is only just getting started and always depends on the weather.

If you go take an assortment of clothes. a couple of long sleeve tops, jacket or cardi.

I came back with a good tan both times though!

Thanks for that Dadooronron. I also read on one travel agent site that the sport activities only operate in high season - can anyone confirm this. Thanks for the tip about the cardigans/jumpers. Anyone else have anymore information. Di.

we went in oct so the other end of the season and found a most of the speciality restaurants were closed and entertainment was limited. but we still had a lovely time, we didnt come across a heated pool whilst there, might be best to read up on reviews for last may to see what they say

The upstairs rooms are larger and have a nice size balcony. Have a look at my pics on the photo gallery section.

Have had a look at the pics, it does look very nice. Just a bit worried now as to what will be open or if it would be to cold to use the pool. Thanks. Di.

Its good to hear you enjoyed it, its funny how you can still find bad reviews on this hotel, when you seem to have had a thoroughly good time.

it would be a dull world if we all enjoyed the same thing
