Which site did you find them on ??? i saw the ones on the site caveman recommended of the terrace looks fab. Also Del that is reassuring if a travel agent has just returnded and booked up staight away to go back . Nice one, but i wonder what her opinion will be as she probably went before the AI started so i wonder if shell have the same opinion when she returns i really hope so.

Hi Everyone!!

I've finally started packing, only 10days to go!!

I'm really excited, my mums just got back from Turkey today so just been helping her un-pack and was collecting books, walkman, camera back for me :-)

We heard from our friends who are already at the Conrad today! They are loving it... I asked about the All Inclusive and they replied with "It's not what you think- you have to pay for some things but the food is awesome" ... not really sure how to take that, it must be good otherwise he'd have said. . . and he only took £350 and already spent £300 on excursions and isn't complaining... I'm wondering if they charge a supplement for eating in the Italian Restaurant... or whether he's just realised he has to pay for his booze after 11pm LOL!

He went on his coach trip to Cairo today... the one he booked for £125 with First Choice/Eclipse Reps.... he says the hotel they are stopping in is really nice and their views is of the pyramids!!! Sounds good...

I'll update you when I hear anymore, I've asked for more info on the AI!

I'm thinking that as Eclipse didnt use the Conrad until this summer and have only covered it as AI, perhaps Eclipse staff had the chance to go in on a trial run.... I cant imagine someone working for a travel firm booking through a different company for a hotel they are using.

So with a bit of luck that girl did go on AI for her trip and re-booked. I hope my theory is right

Thanks for your posts and great photos, it really does seems to get better and better! Its still an age away - 103 days to be exact till our gang goes out there is September - We feel like the kid at the back of the sweet queue wondering is there will be anything left by the time we get there !! Im sure you, Debs, Pippa and the rest of the crew will have a lovely time and hope to read your reports on return

Eclipse did use the hotel before the summer. I was there in March on HB. the AI came in with the summer brochure in May.

the photo's look fantastic, can almost see myself sipping a cocktail sitting in thoes comfy chairs, didn't realise there was so many restaraunts, all looks fantastic, cant wait for august, it's all we talk about.
