That little bit of coral garden on the south side of the jetty is affectionately known as Bob's Reef after a guest who liked visiting it when diving there.
Daily activities for kids are listed on poster boards on the wall between the main restaurant and recption, and on a another board near reception.
'Lion - surely as you stand and look forward to sea that would be the starboard side..!
I bow to your nautical knowledge, Alan as well as all the latiny stuff you often come out with
great picture by the way
So what have we got in the in the way of fish there mate, as Ive mislaid my collins book
is that honeycomb coral ?
rather than the aeroplanes - are they about at all in the area?
I much better reveiw has now popped up over on TA
good to see....
Mozzies ?
true- but seagulls c rap on you, whereas mossies bite the c rap out of you.
Never seen much in the way of mossies or seagulls in Nuweiba. Occasional Slender billed gull or White-eyed gull, and perhaps a few terns. The hotels all spray insecticide which limits the number of biting insects.
........It does not, however, have any effect on locusts which have been known to appear in the area. Crash helmets and shin-pads are recommended for them!
The beautiful red Dragonflies seemed pretty immune too...
True, true. Why is that, do you think?
Could it be an effect of dose per unit bodymass...
Well, thank you, doctor, I'd not considered that possibility!
"Could it be an effect of dose per unit bodymass... "
two more good reviews on TA - roll on Friday
Have a super holiday!
Been absent for rather a long while but have been reading all the posts (some of them completely incomprehensible) and so I've decided that nothing much changes!
Off to to the Coral again in October and just thought I would check with those of you who make it out there regularly that things are as good as ever and whether there are any signigicant changes to know about. Will anyone else will be there during the half term week (22 -29 October). Tickets arrived today - booked with Longwoods this time after last year's sleazy travel fiasco.
Kathy
