Last year they phoned us 2 days before we were due to go telling us our hotel was overbooked which I thought was strange as I had book it 18 month previous.
Luckily for us they upgraded us to a 5* hotel half board from a 3* B&B.
They did say if I didnt want to go to the hotel we could cancel and get our money back

which I though was shocking who wants to cancel a holiday 2 days before leaving.
Kazza have a look at their other hotels if you are not happy with the one they offered you and tell them which one you want.
