We did the cruise last year but we booked our trip through Thisvi travel agents in Protaras. It is on the same side of the road that Nicolas Taverner is on and whilst we were there was staffed by ex pats. It worked out a lot cheaper than the trip the sales rep was pushing. It cost approx £275 and we travelled with the Louis lines, and we were in an outside cabin that was plenty big enough for the 3 of us. I would definitely reccomend the cruise especially with this operator, can`t really comment about any other operator. The ship we were on was spotless and the amenities were very good, and to be honest we could not fault them. A lot of the entertainers on the ship were British and were very friendly. The meals and service were great, with a decent enough selection on the menu to choose from, and the waiter we had could not do enough for us. Can only agree with the above about the Pyramids etc, just be careful you don`t end up buying something you don`t want. We are going back to Protaras on the 17th of August and my son has asked if we could do the trip again, he enjoyed it that much The cruise certainly wetted my appetite to try a longer one, once my son is too old to come away with us.
