Had a nightmare of a day found out that Longwood had a few seats available for the 23rd of October, double checked my name wasnt already booked - it wasnt, tried to confirm with the TTA that I will get a refund, but they cant til they get the folder, presumably from Ezy, but they are 99percent sure I have no booking - they then need confirmation of payment, i.e., copy of cheque and statement, which I got this afternoon from my bank. I then telephoned Monarch who couldnt help me, they only get a passenger list the day before. They informed me that there were 60 seats booked through Airtours for that flight, so I tried to contact Airtours and held on for 30 minutes only to be cut off twice. After all this frustration, I spoke to Dan at Longwood who was extremely kind and helpful. So Ive really booked my holiday this time, paying again. So if I dont get a refund, it will be the most expensive week ever. I just cant deal with it anymore, and at least I know now that I am definately going.
