We fly FC premier in just under 2 weeks, anyone know what the current films are?
Just got back from Mombasa and there was a good selection in Premier. Deamgirls, Happy Feet, Casino Royale were the ones I can remember. I missed the last 15 minutes of Casino Royale because the system was turned off 45 mins before landing - why do they do that ?? surely it can be left on for longer !!
A legal requirement i am afraid as you will find Dreamgirls isnt released until June on DVD.
Not sure what you mean by that ??
Well basically when the aircraft enters UK airspace it is technically in breach of the Terms and conditions of the movie, as it has not been released. If you like a Pirate copy. When at 36000 it doesnt matter.
Ah I see ! that explains it - thanks.
Flying to Fuerteventura on 31st March - what movies are on this month for short-haul? We'll be coming back on 14th April, does anyone know what the IFE for April is yet?
im not a happy bunny my birmingham flight has been cancelled to dalaman and changed to manchester 2 1/2 hours away and my date coming home is 1 day earlier 18 nights instead of 19, i booked this and paid in full in sept ,has this happened to anyone else,i think this is disgusting

Everyone received a pack with headphones in,flight socks, toothbrush, toothpaste and wet wipes. You had to keep the headphones for the return flight.
The leg room was great and there were seat back TV screens. For £5 you could upgrade and have a choice of about 12 films and several games. You could start and stop the films when you wanted which was great.
We also had two meals which were possibly the best airplane food we have had.
All in all we were well impressed
Hi all, I am a new member to this forum so please bear with me if i'm in the wrong place/forum. I am flying to Brazil (Salvador) on the 5th May with First Choice Gatwick and I am interested in finding out what plane it is and what the seating layout is. We are "Premium" passengers with extra legroom booked.
You will be flying on one of First Choice 'Award Winning' 767-300 aircraft.
The seat layout is 2-3-2 throughout the cabin (both Star Class and Star Class Premier).
In Star Class Premier you will have:
36" legroom,
9" Seat back TV
Complimentary drinks.
You'll have a very comfortable flight,
Any more info req give me a shout!!
Regards
Andy
Andy, Thanks for prompt reply, sounds good to me I did'nt know about complimentary drinks !!. Do you now any web site I could view the seating layouts/plans. Thanks
Star Class is normal "economy" class, and I would agree, excellent. We checked out the "premier" call it what you will, and couldn't see the need to upgrade. However, I would recommend you pre book your seats to make sure you sit together ( providing you are not on your own !). There's a good chance you get two seats on their own with a window.
Definately a great airline to travel with, we travelled star class in December, we were very pleased with inflight comfort and service - I usually travel with emirates and I would say First choice is just as good, so much so , we have just booked our next holiday to Goa with First Choice in order to get the same flights.
I think we are travellng in Star Class but we are staying in a Premier hotel, according to the brochure "Premier customers flying with First Choice airways 'sitting together included'. We have also paid an extra £60.00 each to have extra leg room., it was an extra £269.0 to upgrade to Star Premier.
I'm travelling to Egypt with first choice and was wandering instead of taking 4 cases for myself, husband and 2 kids. What is the situation if I only took 3 cases would the allowance for the (meant to be 4th case) be totalled into 3 instead? Also, has anyone flown to egypt with first choice and if so what is the plane like?
no one piece of luggage should weigh more than 23 kg [health and safety for the baggage handlers] many airlines have now taken to the policy that you cannot lump together the allowances.. I'm sure one of our experts will confirm later
We are flying to Cozumel, Mexico in May and have booked sitting together, but I understand that we could be split by the aisles or one in front of the other. I do not want to be separated from my husband even if it is just the aisle, as I am very nervous on longhaul flights. I was hoping someone could give me information as to when the seats are allocated. We booked the holiday more than a year in advance.
