So mines a cool white wine spritzer, bottle of water and excellent novel to get stuck in to before jumping in to the pool for a dip ahhhhh nice!!

I was speaking to f/c last night and got told that the hotel is nigh on complete , with the work remaining beaing purely cosmetic. So as far as I'm concerned, unless f/c come on here and tell me themselves:

I'm going on holiday July 19th
I'm going to Kos
I'm staying at the KABC which will be 100% complete
It will be sunny
The sky will be blue, the sea wet and I'll be drunk

Kos here I come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :P :D 8)

How far is the KABC from the airport how much do you think a taxi would cost as dont really want to sit on a coach for 45mins in the early hours

foxy 0810 i know im not 00sp55 but if it takes 45mins to get to the kabc from the airport then you must be going to other hotels to drop off others on the way, cos it isnt that far, if you drove 45mins from the airpot in the direction of the kabc you would end up in the sea, on the way to turkey, :rofl beter put your swimming gear on in the plane,

Well, the deed is done. Balance paid today after finally (5th attempt) getting through to Customer Services  . They said they rec'd an e-mail yesterday saying an engineer has been to check the complex and has said it will all definitely be open on 1 July. So roll on 2 August when we are due to fly out :D !!

I just read the last 3 pages..
I laughed my head off!
Thanks or due to you: I'm infected with the KOS virus too!
We arrive on 16/7. Really hope to see you English over there!
I have two (well... we...) sons: 15 and turning 13 in KOS.
Will you join in for the "happy birthday-song"?
We've all been practicing so hard on the "KOS ABC Holiday-song"! This one is a piece of cake, huh?
More teenagers among your children??

still sitting in the garden by the way,
barbecue.....dry white wine.....
Cheers to an unforgettable holiday in KOS!

Well we are all hopeful that everything will be ready at the Aqua Beach hotel, Kos. There are a group of 12 of us going on the 19th July, its just a case of wait and see now, but feeling a little more confident of the Hotel being built. Fingers Crossed!!. What a strange run up to a holiday this has been. Just hang on in there folks. :D Theresa

A taxi ride to the hotel is about 15-25 minutes depending if you get speedy gonzoles or not. It should set you back about 30 euros. The best thing is to ask the taxi driver the costs and then decide if the money is worth it.

As for the bunkers, they are not WWII bunkers but were put up in 1974 after the Turkish invasion of Cyprus.

People who booked the hotel for next year should not have any rights to complain. FC purposely lied to you for their own financial gains. I can just see the executives reading this forum and laughing at you for giving them your business again.
