Hi folks. just been on website of fc and our holiday is now far more expensive than what we paid. granted there are no free child places left or sea view rooms but we have paid extra for a sea view room and the exact same holiday flights and all is over 860 pounda more now than june 2005 when we booked it. i always thought holidays got cheaper the nearer to departure especially being that it was downgraded from 4* plus to 3*plus. obviously im wrong . hope everyones ok. not long to go now have you all been buying the sunblock?

Well the holiday is all paid for now and its only eight weeks to go. Keep hearing people say that the kabc is three weeks ahead of schedule, not had any other info or updates apart from the usual which everyone else seems to have had the horse riding and kids clubs. Asked at the travel agents were I booked when I took the final balance if they knew anything and with the nervous laughs and blank looks I took it to mean they hadnt got a clue what I was talking about. when do you go debbie, we go 7th june for 2 weeks flying from manchester which isnt far from us at huddersfield. where r u flying from. maybe well see u there or maybe youll have been and will be able to report back to us regarding facilities etc. have a good time

went in to pay the balance last week and asked if there were any problems when would be find out, First Choice staff told me all was going to plan and that they were offering the this hotel as an alternative to people who had book to go to Corfu beach club due to it not being ready in time.
So fingers crossed all will be ok.

Hi Lockwood were going on the 10 May for a fortnight so will already have tried it out, and posted a reply to let you know how it is. Good thing is also if things arnt up to scratch we will have done all the complaining and hopefully it will all be ironed out when you go. Were flying from Birmingham night flights both ways, got a late check out room till 6pm but hoping to extend that to later with hotel staff because my sisters got a 2 year old so the longer we can get him settled the better. I have just been re-quoted, an extra £1,600 for the same holiday online with eclipse I only booked the holiday in January (2 months ago), I am so glad I did it then

hi slick, yes its weird our holiday is also 860 pounds more now than last june, i thought it got cheaper the later you book i.e late availabilities etc. obviously im wrong. when are you going we are 7th june.

Hi all, we had a letter from first choice yesterday (fri 10th march) stating that due to a considerably higher demand our flight has been changed, we were do to fly from gatwick on 14th june at 8pm at night, instead we are being offered to fly same day only 13 hours earlier (7am) which means we will be hopefully be at hotel for around 3pm instead of 4am thurs morning, our flight coming home is unchanged which is a shame as its an awful 3.50am flight, we have worked out that we will now get an extra eve meal and all inclusive for 9 hour longer than before, just hope we dont get further letters saying that our all inclusive wont be starting until the thurs morning as I wont be happy. We have to accept this in writing although wed be fools to turn it down really, so now we will be by the pool at the time we thought we would still be at home packing.

i can not believe how much this holiday has gone up in price.It is £1,000 more now than it was when i first booked.Lets hope it is well worth the money.

thats great michelle, we are there for two weeks from 7th june so hopelully well bump into each other whilst enjoying this break. dont know about you but we cant wait

Just looked at our final invoice and at first glance it looked like they were going to be charging us 4 @ 50 flight supplements for the pleasure in early flight, then when I read the next page they had adjusted the whole of my holiday by taking off my free child place and then adding a huge £500 discount, so we basically still have the same holiday price £1802 except with the better flight time. A result for once in our favour. I too am starting to get very excited so much that ive started the holiday shopping. I also had a thought the other day, that maybe they have built to complex the wrong way to the pic in the brochure and thats why so many people have now lost their sea views, just a wild thought of mine lol
