hello sam we fly from gatwick our flights were really bad get there at 3.45 and return at 4 am and they changed them. lisa from london had hers changed also maybe your next dont know whats going on but a lot of flight changes lately see you all there

mick d, I think whats happened with the gatwick flight is that they have had such a demand for this holiday and everyone choosing the later flight due to no supplement on it, that some of us are being given the option to switch to the earlier not full up flight with no supplement, did you receive a form to accept the flight change? when did you book the holiday? we booked back in april last year on the day the brochure came out. The reason ive asked this is that I wonder how they have selected who is going on the earlier flight.

I got 2 boys one aged 12 and one 7 be great if they had some others around the same age to play with?

sam few kids with us my daughter 8 boy 7 boy 12 boy 13 boy 3 girl 10 i think they will all get on well there is three families of us we all go on holidays together every year not rowdy people but like to enjoy ourselves and participate in whats going on

Thats great some boys for my kids to play with, last year when we went to Majorca there was just loads of girls about and toddlers, girls are nice for the 12 yrs old but 7 yr isnt a fan of girls just yet haha.

As you may know we get there on 21st May (leaving late at night on 20th - yuck!) so should be able to give you first impressions before you lot leave on 24th and 27th.
We are boy 9, girl 6, boy 5.
Haven't got a t-shirt but will put out a call from Mrsgaz in the bar the night of the 25th and see if anyone shouts back!
Counting the days and starting to work out which of the kids needs new clothes.
Lets hope its finished by the time I get there or I'll be very grumpy!

I've been told that the later flight on the 24th had been cancelled!! thats why we were put on the earlier flight........

hi all, will definatley post a reply when we get back to let you all know what its like there is alot of us going three families the kids are 2 x 15 year olds, 13, 12, 10, 2 x 9 year olds and a 2 year old so I think we are looking for alot in this holiday especially for the kids, the all inclusive resorts we have been to before have been a mixture Menorca was wonderful entertainment and food wise, then we went to Lanzarote and the entertainment was rubbharb which spoilt the holiday so were pinning alot on this one hope it lives up to our expectations especially because I picked it and booked it for us all, it sort of puts the pressure on. Im new to this forum Ive been watching it for few months though we are due to go on 30th august for 2 weeks as long as all is well anyway if it all bad reviews i will change our holiday however we are looking forward to it very much, someone said that people who had booked to go to corfu beach club are being transferred that is because it will never be ready in time and when i spoke to firstchoice they say it may never be built due to a lot of problems. I will be looking out for postings as sson as people start going in May for pics etc hope you all have great time and let us know what you think. The late checkout for this hotel is until 9pm you may not keep the same room but 9pm is definately what it says in the brochure so i would take a brochure with you so that if they try and kick you out of your room at 6 you can show them proof. The last thing we need is being booted out of our room at 6 when we dont fly unti about 3am!!

i have just phoned first choice to ask why there is a charge of 4@42.00 =168.00 on my invoice, even though they have already given me a refund of 72.00 for the sea view room we no longer have.the reply was because it has a king size bed and a bath as well as a shower, i upgraded for the reason of the sea view that i can not have and am paying 168.00 just for a bit of extra room in a bed.i really do think this room supplement is expensive as they have charged me 4@ when there is myself and my husband in the king size bed and my 2 children in the sofa beds.would much rather have had the sea view . i am just hopeing this holidays going to be well worth waiting for. hope all goes well for you lot going in may,and please let us know all the good and (hope there is't any)bad things when you get back.

Dont they just p you off these holiday companys and their charges, we had once, on a holiday to gran canaria, where the room was suitable for 2 adults, and 2 children on sofa beds of which one was only suitable for a child up to 12, yet they still charged us the under occupancy charge for 4 adults sharing. What annoys me is that i have to pay Adult price for my daughter who is 13 yet she dont eat adult size meals and certainly dont drink alcohol. £168 is a lot of money for an upgrade to a room with a kingsize bed, I really wouldnt be happy with that either.

we had exactly the same £168 on our invoice so i rung head office first choice, and after a long wait , they seemed to think there must be 2 king size beds in the room, no good if you have 2 different sexed teanagers with you
they then changed our room to 2 suites, as i too did not see why we were paying a supplement for our kids, for us to sleep in a king size bed

i have phoned first choice again and asked if there is two kingsize beds in our room. i am now waiting for some one to phone me back as the lady on the other end told me that there is a king size bed and a double sofa bed, my children are boy 14yrs and girl 11 years.first choice are saying that i have booked a double room and the brochure states about the double sofa.this is not the case it says seperate bedroom with twin beds and lounge area with 2 sofa beds; and a king size bed is available at a supplement.i have also asked her to send me a new confirmatin invoice with my sons age on as for some reason they have not put it on my updated invoice but yet it was on my first invoice.i do hope that first choice can sort this out as we are all looking foreward to this well deserved holiday.

we have paid nearly £300 supplement for a kids den suite although god only knows what they will be like, please post a reply if you are going soon and are having a kids den. I hope it will be a decent room it should be for the price. This holiday has cost me roughly £1600 for 2weeks.

I have also paid the supplement for the king sized bed, I contacted First Choice and was told that it would be one king sized bed and sofa beds in the lounge area. I asked for this to be confirmed in writing, as although I have 2 boys, one is 15 and almost 6ft tall, and the other will be 12 when we go. First Choice said that they wouldn't confirm this in writing, but have sent me an amended invoice asking for 1 king size bed and 2 twin beds, so I will now have to wait and see. I couldn't have them sleep in the same bed as they would fight constantly! Not a recipe for a happy holiday lol. Look forward to see what response you get lambrini.

first choice did not get back to me,i had to call them and guess what,i was fobbed off,there was nothing on computer for anyone to get back to me, the lady i spoke to confirmed that our room was a double room with two double beds.she was adiment that it does say this in the brochere.,when i told her not in mine she said it does in hers, i went to our nearest travel agent asked them if i could borrow their copy of first choice august edition as this must have been the one out when i booked in september,it says exactly the same as the brochure i have ,but yet first choice are saying i have booked a double room with 2 double beds and there is nothing i can do.
also they have refused to send an up to date invoice with my sons age on,this is the first time i have booked with first choice and i am not happy about customer service so far.

i have paid £3,500 for this 2 weeks holiday and can't have the beds that we want :
