Costa Caribe is like HB says. If you do want to economise in 2005 we hired just two sunbeds not 4 as the kids hardly used theirs. This time being older they wanted to sunbathe so we hired 4.
It is possible to manage without hiring rings, as HB says most slides and the lazy river have them, but you could wait a few mins. People hire them for the wave pool, where they aren't supplied, but the 4 kids with us never took them in there they prefered jumping about in it.
The new ride at PA is Furious Baco, which is a fast roller coaster. I think Hurakan Condor has been there a couple of years now ours loved FB.
One tip I would give with Furious, is it often goes down, so if it's up and running it's probably worth going on it then and there. It didn't have fast pass last August so if the queues are small, perhaps first thing you enter the park hop on it, although I guess it may now have FPass.
You can fast pass Condor and Khan which are the other 'big rides'.

hi alsbaby we've been to both aquapolis at la pineda and it takes about 15-20 mins by bus, but it's needing a face lift. a bit run down.,still good what with the dolphins etc but watch the rings you hire as sometimes they go walkies(if you know what i mean) 
the best out of the two waterparks is caribe next to portaventura. great for the kids with the wave machine, lazy river, chutes and places to eat. also has an indoor pool. but as before watch the rings cos i don't know how but they can walk!! 
when we bought our tickets from 365 we got a percentage off the waterpark tickets for caribe.
) What i did mean to ask you was do you know if the fireworks will be on when i go 7-21 june as lastime we missed them ( or they didnt happen it was oct) Also the shows, are they on in the night time
