Kelloggs diet does wrok, I was 9 stone and in 5 weeks went down to 7 and half stone, and have stayed that way since by healthy eating and working out, everyone must buy a latural thigh trainer I cant reccommend it enough 25 mins a day 5 days a week, and watch the weight drop off, your stomach becomes toner, your bottom firmer and toned slim thighs, its a miracle at 30 quid...

I have set my target weight with SW as reached a plateau, would like to have lost a few more lbs. Have thought about the Kellogs diet what cereals can you eat? May give it a go as just over 2 weeks until holidays.
Where do you buy the lateral thigh trainer? Would like to carry on toning up the tum and thighs. :really

Well weigh in tonight, lost 1.5lbs. Bit dissapointed as i had put 1lb on last week. Lost 9lb all together. I wanted to have lost a stone in 8 weeks, suppose it is do-able :( but hubby has his longservice in his job celebrations at the weekend............more cake, what is a girl to do. :cry :D

Can't believe no-one has posted for a week, where are you all.
Weight remained the same this week so am writing everything down again to give me a boost. Caravan holiday in two weeks time so need to get a wee bit off before then so i can accomodate the fish suppers. :rofl

Lost 5 1/2 lb at weigh in last night well chuffed, need another 2 1/2lb for my 3 stone award hope i can achieve this before i go away 3 weeks monday.

Hello everyone and well done on your recent WIs

I have been away this weekend so am dreading my WI tonight!! I have tried to be good but it is difficult when you are not surrounded with your usual food and are out of usual routine. Will be disappointed if I put on as am only 0.5lb away from my 2stone loss, but if I have gained (which I suspect I have) I will just work extra hard next week to get it off!!

Will let you know how I get on!

Well WI last night - and I lost 1.5lbs!!

So passed my 2 stone mark now!! Am really chuffed and on my way to my third stone - which is my target!!

I have put half a pound on which I was gutted at, I stuck to the diet religiously last week and really felt a lot slimmer. Not happy. Anyway, I have just tried on and ordered my wedding dress in a size 12 so I will have to do it!!!!

Good luck cazz im sure you can do it i had a gain this week & was gutted because i was so good but had a very good loss last week so its to be expected nearly at 3st award hope to do that in next 2 weeks before my holiday. Oh and congrats on your wedding. :tup

You will definitely do it Cazz - a wedding is the best incentive. My wedding is 18th Dec and I am stuck on what size dress to order at the moment. I went shopping the other day and am a 12 in some shops and a 16 in others!! Although when I measure myself I am probably somewhere around a small 14. I don't know whether to order my dress in a 14 or grit my teeth and go for the 12! Especially as we will have been away for a week before the wedding, so I don't know whether I will have gained anything.

My real problem starts following the wedding as we are having a party back here when we come back, so I have another dress for that (getting married on beach so it is quite laidback) and as we are on holiday for 6 weeks I can't put any weight on otherwise I won't fit in my reception dress!! :que

Girlingreen, I tried numerous dresses on which varied from a size 10 to a 14, think they must make them in weird sizes. I am a size 12 to 14 at the moment but have ordered a 12. The fitter wanted me to order a 10 but as I'm getting married nearing the end of my holiday and I just know I will of put weight on ( not starving myself for a week ond a half, I'm on holiday!) so a 12 it is. The 12 fit me but was a tad tight on the waist, I'll have my final fitting when I'm about 5lb off my goal ( so i can pig out on holiday and the dress will still fit.( :rofl )

Going on hols in 3 weeks, and desperately need to lose half a stone, I have tried, believe me, walking the poor dog to death, about 5 hours per week, swimming twice a week, sticking to 1000 calories a day, drinking green tea and taking boots 'diet aid' and the weight just wont shift :cry :que. Im not massively overweight at 9 stone 9, at 5ft 2,but im sure I would look and feel better if I could just lose that extra 7lb. However, I do have an underactive thyroid, so could this be hindering my weight loss?
Any Ideas or advice would be appreciated :)

I was given this last year, lose up to a stone in a week, it's a bit of a drastic diet but I maged 10lb :really

Monday
1 slice dry toast and grilled tomatoes
fresh fruit any amount
2 x hard boiled eggs, salad and grapefruit
Tuesday
Grapefruit and 1 boiled egg
Roast/Grilled chicken and tomatoes
Grilled steak and salad
Wednesday
Grapefruit and 1 boiled egg
2 x boiled egg and tomatoes
2 x grilled lamb chops, celery and cucumber
Thursday
1 slice dry toast and 2 poached eggs
fresh fruit any amount
2 x hard boiled eggs, salad and grapefruit
Friday
1 slice dry toast and 2 poached eggs
2 poached eggs and tomatoes
Fresh/tinned fish and salad
Saturday
1 boiled egg and 1 glass of grapefruit juice
fresh fruit any amount
Roast/Grilled chicken, cabbage, carrots, and grapefruit juice
Sunday
2 x scrambles eggs and grilled tomato
2 x poached eggs and spinach
Grilled steak and salad
Only eat what shown or do without
No alcoholic drinks, milk, butter, oils or fats
Only black coffee, black tea, lemon tea, grapefruit juice, tonic water and tap water
Salads - include, lettuce, cucumber, celery and tomatoes
Diet is chemical not quantities, lose 1 stone in a week if follow to the letter!!
that is the diet!!! x

cheers for that Cazzmicktom, I will start on it next week (and make sure I get plenty of eggs ) im on a run of nightshifts so should make it easier to do.

Ps , do I have to stick religously to the days? could i say have mondays diet on thursday, and visa versa, as I always have a salad during my nightshift

No, you have to follow each day, something to do with chemicals.
With Salads and veg you can eat as much as you want.

Wow!! thats a lot of eggs and grapefruit !!!! Cazz - did you find it difficult to stick to?
Did you feel hungry between 'meals' ?
Did you find that you put the weight back on quite quickly afterwards?
May give it a go!!!
