clarewalkers,
As you may have seen over the previous few pages, there have been a lot of changes to the aircraft schedule with more 767's operating shorter flights due to increased demand in place of 757's, and 757's in place of 737's. TOM2518/9 was originally scheduled to be operated by a Boeing 737-800 (wingletted) but was increased to a 757-200. I'm not sure if it was G-BYAT or not last week (757-200). I would still expect a 757-200 but it could well have been increased in the last week to a 767-304/ER for the school hols.

Hi, what plane will we be using to goto HURGHADA,EGYPT from MANCHESTER???? thanks thinking of pre booking seat numbers...
Please quote flight numbers when you can as there are often several flights per week. MAN-HRG-MAN (TOM506/7) are operated by a Boeing 757-200 (winglets). You'll find more details and a seating plan on our What Aircraft? guide.

Is it too early to tell which aircraft scheduled Tom112 Monday 3 August 2009, you've told me before it's a 767-300, but are you able to tell which one.
Cheers pal
It Is Too Early To Tell This Far In Advance. If You Ask A Couple Of Days Before We Will Know More

Many thanks and i'll be in touch nearer the time
nato8835,
Do you by any chance know which aircraft (reg) will be doing the LGW to CUN flight on Tuesday (TOM 74)?
Thanks in advance,
martin82
It's too early to tell and makes little difference in the case of the former First Choice aircraft; they're identical other than the position of the emergency exits.

I've been watching this forum for a while - it's so full of helpful info - but I've never posted before. I'm flying on TOM 348 from Glasgow to Cancun on 14th August. Thanks to this forum I know it's an ex FCA but last year we had to do a Bristol - Glasgow - Cancun loop. There's no mention of Bristol this time so does that mean we're flying back direct to Glasgow?
Also, is it too early to know what the plane will be doing before our flight so I can keep an eye on whether it's likely to be on time (we had a six hour delay last year).
many thanks
Beth
Welcome onboard
The flight is showing as operating non-stop and operates TOM796/7 (GLA-Orlando Sanford-GLA) before yours.

Darren,
I'm travelling in August to Cancun from Newcastle on TOM568 and returning on 569, does this have seat back screens and I am having trouble with getting pictures of the aircraft, reading other Q&A I think it is a 767 300er is this right
Thanks
Steve
I'm off to Punta Cana next year with Thomson on an 'a la carte' package. Apparently I get access to a lounge at Gatwick. Does anyone know how this works, and which lounge it will be? Do I receive a voucher for the lounge at check-in, or with my tickets? Thanks for the help guys!
Welcome onboard
MAN-CUN-MAN (TOM144/5) are operated by a former First Choice Boeing 767-300/ER. You'll find further aircraft details on our What Aircraft? guide. The average age of the fleet is 15.3 years. The age of the aircraft isn't important really as they are well maintained and unlike cars, are pretty much rebuilt after heavy maintenance.
