I didn't think that Panorama/BBC did a hatchet job on them , the interviewer had trouble getting a word in with o'leary going ten to the dozen with his paranoia proving unfounded. They explained that the popularity of the airline was its cheap prices, but showed the "extras" pitfalls which we on here all know about but which some of the general public might unsuspectingly find out when booking with them.
The summary was if you are happy to fly on ryanairs terms and accept all of them you're the sort of customer they want and appeal to. Didn't think too much on cabin staff being rated by how many sandwiches they sell!!! Basically they're a big business that can call the shots with suppliers, they treat their staff poor and don't care too much for customer service, probably a bit like most big businesses?
