Well done pargaluvva 1 1/2 pd is a good loss well done you. Leanne don't fret some weeks are like that aren't they - don't starve yourself stay with it - my weigh in is Wednesday - last week I stated the same so am hoping for at least 1 pound

Thanks Miss P and Leanne :D . Had my friends round for tea tonight so 'fell off the wagon' with some wine and cheesecake :( . Been walking in my lunch hour over the last couple of months so I think that has helped a lot. Will get back on track tomorrow, hopefully!!

hi all,
after a few false starts i seem to be getting back in to the swing of the diet again. i have done w.w and slimming world but this time i thought i would just change my eating habits altogether swaping unhealthy choices for healthy ones.
started diet 22/02/10 but never weighed myself for 3 weeks and have lost 1 stone in the 3 weeks. i did this because if i had only lost a lb or two at the beginning i get a bit fed up and fall of the wagon. i am happy now and fell confident to continue and to weigh myself weekly my next weigh in day is monday.

i know 1 stone sounds a lot but i always lose it quickly at first then it slows up. i want to lose another 2 to 3 stone so a long way to go yet but i feel better with the 1 stone gone and my uniform is getting looser :tup. i love this topic its great to chat to people in the same boat. i go on in august so that is spuring me on at the moment.

Have been absent for just over a week!!!! Some good losses on here recently.
I maintained last Tuesday - so a small gain and a maintain in the last 2 weeks when I know I have given it 100% - oh well see what Tuesday brings!!!!!

Went on the scales this morning and found the stone that Tracey lost!!! Cant believe I have put a stone on when I only put on 7lbs when pregnant with Caleb!!! :yikes Just over 100 days to go until my due date and hopefully eating SW chips again!! :tongue

hi all got weighed this morning and have long another 2 lb so i'm pleased. still a long way to go but i'm not in a rush really as long as i have lost a little bit more for my hols.

Just hoping that after giving up chocoalte, sweets, biscuits, cakes and crisps for Lent I see a loss soon - mind you I only ever had the odd packet of crisps or biscuit etc.
Reminds me I have roasted chick peas to eat later while watching TV.
Enjoy your celebration - have got hubbys birthday on Friday - will be an Indian meal, will make a SW curry and buy in some nibbles.

hi all,
weigh day today and i am glad to say i maintained considering all i have eaten this week.
1 night out with food and booze, 2 chinese takeaway and a chippy lunch and a couple of bottles of wine :whoops
back on track now porridge for breakfast and sardines on toast for lunch going to make a low fat curry for tea.

Just back from SW class and I lost 0.5lb :)
Quite happy with that as I had a rotten cold/tight chest in the week and took honey, lemon and hot water a few times.
This week I have got hubby birthday - having an Indian Meal - will cook a SW curry for me but will have a few of the 'starters' - Easter should be okay - not really bothered about the choccie.
