Have took advantage of a bargain 2 week A1 Nov 2011 in Yasmine Hammamet Iberostar Averroes noticed that most Yasmine packages now include trans to and from hotel possibly due to new airport taxi availability ??? looking forward to a return any info on area and hotel please leave on my other post.
Have a great time Neil. It's not my area so can't give you much info but I'm sure someone will be able to help out. Do suggest though that you call into The View for a meal as it has a good reputation and is run by an English lady and her Tunisian husband.
The View ok i will put it on the list of things to do will google it now than you.

Oh yes you have Aslemma, it is the sister hotel next door to the Abou Sofiane, in fact our mutual friend is heading to the Riviera soon.
Have I let the cat out the bag 
I haven't spoken to our friends for a couple of weeks Graham but I know they were hoping to get back there soon and wouldn't be staying at the Abou Sofiane again. I'll give them a ring this evening and hope we'll be able to meet up.

I've been checking the weather forecast daily as I'll be down the road from you in Sousse and it does look as if it's going to be quite nice.
Oh thats good, every time I check BBC Weather its telling me its raining! Well I have a lot of summer clothes in the case as I've decided that even if raining the bar should be indoors lol.
Checked again this morning and definitely rain forecast. I've also just seen the pictures of the floods throughout Tunisia. 
I checked BBC this morning, and it says its going back up to 75 on Friday.
2 weeks tomorrow i shall be there!
