Have been keeping to my diet, bowl sultan bran, salad for lunch, cooked chicked for dinner

As for exercise 4-6 days per week, have now go uo to doing 75 min treadmill non stop, with 15 min of incline...2 min intervals +1 incline increase, max incline 7.5; next 15 decrease the incline by 0.5 per min; 15 min of just walking, then repeat the first step, and cool down

Go for a swim, and try to do 15-20 lengths of the pool, and then home for dinner

Now my weight today 27 March 2012 is 196 lbs


So from my last posting I have lost 5 lbs, intending also this week to speak to the guys in the gym, and see what we recorded my weight at in Aug 2010, and by my reconning i have lost under 4 stones in weight in the last 18 months

That really is some going! Well done.

I've just been weighed and lost 3lbs :) so happy, I've had very good news in work this week, I found out that I've been made permo on Wednesday, so I'll be celebrating today (I waited until after weigh in lol)

I am still having a couple of good days and then 'naughty' days on SW. However I am off work for the Easter break now so should be more focussed. Had a good day yesterday and today I am planning on making a SW curry and SW Curly Wurly cake for tonight - others are all having an Indian meal (Asda takeaway) - it is hubbys birthday, but will enjoy a couple of glasses of wine. :really

That's great dramaqueen re job and weight loss. I'd gained 2.5 lbs at weigh in last night :(
Only to be expected really because I had been in Magaluf for the weekend :sun2 :cheers
Surprised it wasn't more; I drank enough to sink a battleship :rofl

had lost 1 stone 11.5 pounds before i went to benidorm.
gutted got weighed last sunday and have put on 5 lb .
back on the diet from yesterday and hopefully i can shift those extra pounds in a couple of weeks then get back to losing some extra weight.

Maintained on Tuesday but ashamed to say I have just polished off 2 plates of spag bol, a bottle of wine and 2 vodka and diet cokes (oh and a packet of cheese and onion crisps). :( . Get behind me S****.

I lost 4lbs last week and 1lb this week. Quite happy. We've started using kilo off, which is in Asda £8 for 10 sachets, it seems to reduce hunger pangs, and flushes out excess water.

My weight loss up to now is 1stone 5 lbs, going to keep going for AUgust :)

just got weighed(shouldn't of really as weigh day not till sunday)
and im very pleased to say i have now lost the 5lb i put on while on holiday, took me 2 and a half weeks though.
isn't it funny it only took me 1 week to put it on lol.
anyway cant wait to start losing some more weight now.

Same as eating a 1lb box of choccies and gaining 2lb on the scales. :rofl
I have now gone over my SW target and getting a bit fed up - am thinking it could be the 'menopause' so trying to sort that out.
I know I need to exercise. HAve had 2 brilliant days on the SW plan - long may it continue. :wave:

Don't know where my last post went?! Anyway, lost 2.5 lbs over the last 2 weeks just need to lose another 1.5 lbs to get my

I have finally had a loss of 2lb - I am sure it is due to me being more focussed, starting brisk walking and doing my best to up my water/squash intake.
1lb loss wil see me back in target and 13lb will see me at my 2011 holiday weight, would like to be back at that weight before I embark on this years holiday which is in 12 weeks.

Gained 1.5 lbs tonight :cry . Only to be expected I suppose since I've just had a week in Turkey :cheers . Had loads to eat and drink tonight so back on SW tomorrow!!!!

1.5lbs is only a small loss after a weeks holiday - well done.
I returned to my original SWC class on 14th May (only for her to have had an accident and will be absent for 10 - 12 weeks) :cry She would have given me the 'kick uo the rear' that I need. I will now alternate between 2 classes where friends attend.
It is now less than 10 weeks until my holiday and I want to lose a stone!!!!!!!!!

I'm having a week on slimfast to make me appreciate slimming world. I must say it's 7:45pm and I'm starving! So starving I'm going to go to bed early.
