Thank you, are they still doing crepes I thought some of the reports have said they've stopped doing them, maybe it depends on the time of year.

no they don't do the crepes anymore, :( must admit I was looking forward in trying those, mind you the desserts are fab. :D

will we be ok to where vest tops at night or will we need to take jackets? :?:
Reply
You wont need a jacket :)
Mind I always wear something "warmer" for the plane (I find planes to be sooooooooo cold ) so I always have a jumper with me just in case :)

We're going with First Choice, everyone packed now only me to go but I always leave it until last minute so will pack Sunday morning. Have to work tommorrow but come 2o/c will be in serious holiday mode. Is it ture there is nowhere to hang your clothes in the bedroom? Going to get taxi to hotel rather than wait for coach so can hit the bars early. Can anyone recommend which one to go to first .

we are all packed!! i can't wait!

wouldn't bother with a taxi the bus takes you 5 to 10 mins at the most , as it is the first drop off. all the bars are open, you will have to fill out a card when you get there, and you get a free drink while doing that.
Have a fab time, soooo jelous of you all going. :fly

has anyone been in november ? and if they have could you tell me anything about the weather and entertainments etc. at that time of the year

weve already booked, but it would be nice to know what its like so late in the year

Hi,

Yes we went there in November last year (our third visit to the hotel). The hotel was a lot quieter han our previous two visits which were at the height of the season.

Entertainment was still active during the day, although about half the outside bars were shut down, all the usual trips and tours were going on, the evenings though were very quiet which suited us as we went there to get away from it all, you were able to enjoy relaxed drinks in the bars. The entertainment team were still active with shows in the nightclub etc.

The weather was much better than here in the UK but changeable, most mornings we took a walk down the beach in shorts and teeshirt, only in the evenings did we need to think about anything warmer to wear, if I was to compare it to anything it is very much like the summer we are having at the moment.

All in all we had a splendid time at what has become one of our favourite destinations and hotel.

Hi, Sorry to trouble you all but due to travel in a party of 2 adults and 3 children and nowhere in the brochures etc for this hotel does it state whether there are laundry facilities! Due to having three young children, I cannot see that I shall be able to pack enough for 5 not to have to wash clothing for 2 weeks and still keep within the baggage allowance!!

If anyone has visited this hotel, please let me know to put me out of my misery. My husband is despairing a family holiday and all I keep going on about is washing!! Thanks, Tracy.

didn't notice any laundry facilities, but they did have a little metal airer attached to the wall on the balcony, which you could dry clothes on, as it was very hot, when we went things dried very carefully. I also took a washing line and pegs, and attached that to the balcony, to dry towels and that.
how old are your children?
