Wezhoy everything is priced in lira or stirling, if its just priced in the 1 then ask and they will convert it. You will see when u get there that majority is priced in both. I like most other people are taking both lira and stirling as have lira, but also have stirling as you get more for your money haggling with stirling. Someone posted earlier that yes the safes are safe and you can reset them- change the code.

Hi, two weeks tomorrow and we will be on our way, so excitied now :lol:

Can anyone tell me what sort of activities they do in the kids club age 3 -5? I'm not sure that my daughter will want to go in because she is a very grown up 5 (nearly 6) and always seems to make friends with children at least 3 years older than her!!! Still, she might if the activities are fun.

Someone mentioned water coolers? Are there lots of them all around the hotel?

water coolers

close to each bar there is a 'station' with a water cooler, coffee machine, tea bags and cold drinks dispenser, there is normally a choice of 4 cold drinks - apple, cherry, lemon and, i think, orange. the ones outside by the pools get set up at about 10 each morning, i'm not sure about the times for the one in the lobby.

I like to email the hotel before we go to request a pool view upper floor.

We are booked for a jacuzzi suite at The Palace so can anyone tell me if these are situated near the pool please ?
If not which would be the best location or number to ask for ?

I too am in a jacuzzi suite at the palace and i emailed the hotel twice now to request a ground floor due to medical reasons and have had no reply, if they respond to you please let me know.

jacuzzi suites

the jacuzzi suites are between the 2 hotels, the ones on the palace side are near to the jacuzzi pool, which although not the main pool is also pretty huge and was our favourite place to sit, it has several areas of decking around it.

I hate packing!! Trying to get washing done & since shock its grey skies in aberdeen have to try get it dryed inside - stress!! I emailed hotel to and no reply!

We just arrived home on Monday from pp and anybody worried about a mattress for sunbeds don't be they had a big delivery of them when we were there and nearly every sunbed had one.

Tickets arrived today - going 2 weeks on Monday (7th Aug) from Durham Tees Valley, any one else going on this flight. All family getting really excited now. Staying in the palace.

Can anyone who has been recently tell me the rough cost of bowling and pool tables.

Also what charges are applied for the in to action activities. Is there still internet access at the hotel.

I haven't booked the soccer school yet (2 boys football daft), can anyone tell me how much it costs to book the soccer school in the resort?
