No we never really got chance to eat in the restaurant at lunchtime- but varied it for breakfast and dinner.
I did infact prefer it in there for my breakfast.
The queue in the lido was ofter quite long - so we flitted along to the restaurant and was seated immediatly.
The only thing to consider in the restaurant is that you are normally seated on a table with other guests.
This can be fine - but we had the odd miserable couple whom did not want to even say "Hello"- on the whole it can be quite interesting talking to new people though- especially if you are like me and like a good old natter

Shorts are fine as Luci says- so if not a skirt person do not worry

Have you done a Thomson or any other cruise before Kerrie?
