Hi Wightlion, why are you picking your tickets up at the airport, surely two weeks is long enough to get them by post. If I was you, I would telephone customer services at the airline and tell them the situation, they would have your booking and name as I have telephoned Thomson before over booking certain meals. Might be worth emailing the hotel as well to check your reservation - I have email address and contact if you need it.

I would check with your airline too. When I telephoned Longwood yesterday, they had four seats left on the 23rd but were quoting around £600 for a week the Coral Hilton. They did not have my name, nor does the hotel have my name on their reservation list
Check your invoice, mine says agents acting for Longwood.
I think your flight is Libra, Panorama or Peltours - got a feeling its an Excel flight, so you could check with them.
I wonder just how many more people are going to be affected by this - hardly Ezy is it!
