Hi there everyone I have not been on here for ages but just got back from the Capo Bay last week as we got married there on the 13th September and wanted to let everyone know how fantastic Jenny Carter and her team were at Aphrodite Weddings.
Over a year ago when I was thinking of getting married abroad I came across Aphrodite Weddings by chance whilst on the internet. I emailed Jenny for some more information and she contacted me in an instant and was so professional and friendly that she immediatly gave me the confidence to use her company, over the past year I am sure I emailed and called Jenny countless times but nothing was ever too much trouble or a problem for her and she always replied to all my questions so quickly and confidently. My wedding was almost 2 weeks ago now and I can honestly look back and say that thanks to Jenny and her team our day was absolutly amazing, her proffesionalism, personal touch and attention to detail were all second to none and everything was perfect from the location, the food, DJ, dancers, flowers, photographer, the hairdresser and of course the weather! But what really stood out for us was that Jenny really did go the extra mile for us and made sure we were happy whatever it took and that is what made our wedding day so unforgettable and special. Anyone who is thinking of getting married in Cyprus I would recommend using Aprodite you definalty won't be dissapointed.

Also Cavalini Italian Restaurant there too but am not sure if they would take a wedding reception - however, you could always try them The service and food was excellent when I had a meal there!

Yes we were in a room on our own because the restaurant wasn't open at 2pm when we went so he just opened it for us, We had the reception inside which was air conditioned & they played the wedding march when we were walking in to have our photos took & the manger was so helpful. The italian restaurant next door which kath's on about it absoultly gorgeous we ate there 4 times during our holiday, the staff were really friendly & the foods lovely, like kath said though i don't know whether they do weddings there.
good luck

We are getting married at the capo bay on 18th october, and have enlisted the help of jenny. I originally had a co-ordinator through the company I booked with but after many problems and having seen jennys excellent reviews throughout this forum I decided to contact her. She has been a star.
Will you tell me about your wedding day at the capo and what you did after? please

.i see your staying for a week before hand. jenny has written to me to absoloutely confirm to me that its legal for us to arrive on the friday and go to the registry office on monday(for licence) and then have the wedding ceremony the next day.
i have to admit though i am a little worried because you hear stories that you have to be in cyprus 3-5 days prior to application for licence.
any thoughts?

Your photos are lovely, we got married 4 weeks ago but ours was in paphos & we couldn't of asked for a nicer time we both wish we could do it all again as it went so quick, i can't believe we've been married 4 weeks today.
I'm glad you had a lovely time.

I think mandy should be back from her wedding now if you are i hope everything went well & I hope to hear how it went soon.
your photos are beautiful. your dress and his suit really compliment each other.
i especially love the sunset ones, they are truly romantic. i don't think i will be able to have mine at sunset as we get married july 10th at 2pm. but maybe our relatives could take them later. around what time is sunset?
how did you and your guests(especially those in suits) find the heat, any tips?
just to say we had steve to do our wedding DVD. it was well worth it. i was in 2 minds in having one done, but so glad we got it. even after 2 months when we watch it i always end up crying.
Please can anyone advise me on weddings at the anassa hotel. I am wanting to book my wedding there in the Alexandros suite and would like more information on the hotel and if anyone has married there in the townhall.
Kindest regards
sonia

I am also using the photographer through firstchoice, so i assume it will be george from photochoice. I have pre-booked this and an album of 36, did you get a disc of all your photos aswell as the album and did this cost extra?
Also who did you get to do your nails?
Many thanks
Ltb
