thanks Jane I did ask travel pack what options there was on the off chance that they just might offer me a nice 5 star on the beach silly me no blooming chance only two other choices Marinha dourada or the Osborne

Thought I would do my boy scout bit again as there have been such a lot of you in Goa the past month plus Lazy Days is just across the road from the CSM I wondered if the was any more news about the hotel, in the hope that it may have improved a little thanks

havent heard anything else, but i will be there next week, if i get a chance i will let you know

I'm really worried now. We're going back for our 5th time next Monday and normally stay at the Ronil Beach. We always liked the the look of the CSM when passing it on the way to the beach. After reading the reviews on here we booked it last year for this March.
Oh well, it wont break the bank to eat out more, just hope our friends dont blame me!
P.S. I've resisted the temptation to spend hours on this site this year, it's sooo addictive! Nice to see all the regulars are still here and lots of new ones. Roll on next Monday

not much has changed at CSM,had 3 weeks there in feb, the changes that have been made seem to be for the better. no charge for A/C no charge for the new safes in the room either.
room boys cleaned the room nicely and clean sheets every day.
breakfast is better than it used to be. staff friendly and smiling.
it was our third time at the CSM and we had a great time there.

Thanks Bob it sounds as if there has been a vast improvement since the last reports will you be doing a Hotel review ? lots of people check those out and they stay on show while a post can soon disappear down the pages on this fast moving Forum .Alan
Al- you are doing a grand job there- reviews are really important as they do help members. The more reviews a hotel has the better.

yes i've done a review on CSM. one thing wrong though, the location report seems to have come out wrong. its in afabulous location, right on the beach and close to lots of other amenities.

Thanks Bob I did think a one star for location was a bit strange as that is the one thing that normally gets top marks well its there for posterity now, but we know what you mean :wink:.
