I am starting to exercise - starting Zumba classes next week and now that the nights are getting lighter I will be out 'power walking'

Aahhhhh the dreaded christmas, the dieters hell lol. I must admit i didnt really eat that much over christmas for a change but what i did eat was wrong, I was to scared that food would interfere with my drinking
lol. I still have a tin of roses in my kitchen and i dont ever touch chocolate until i am dieting and then i want it, must be because i know i cant just have it when i want......Typical! I think you have around 11-12 weeks until June so i think you will have no problem losing that stone. Well done on your 3lb weight loss so far and if you be extra good lol you will get there. You have done fantsastic! What plan you doing??

. Tomorrow though I start the Dukan diet (again) so I will let you know how much I lose in 5 days (last time it was about 5 lbs) and I wasnt hungry just bored with the food (no veg, salad, fruit or booze allowed
). Your meal sounds delicious; could you send the receipe please? We must be twins lol I absolutely adore starbars (and curly wurlys). How many calories are starbars (I've never looked just devoured it). Gx
then i remembered i brought chocolate cheesecake for pudding after dinner

I dont really drink as such, just girly drinks very occasionally on holidays so i think all the more chocolate but thats what helped me gain a stone so must stop that way of thinking
Hope today went well. I was really busy today and forgot to eat so ended up having a roast with the family ( a good one though) I had my roastie's done with frylight and chicken breast the veg i dont count apart from my pea's, It amazes me how pe's are 80cals for 100grms its veg after all lol. And of cause my gravy oh and 2 yorkshire pud. I had my WW dessert after it and to be honest i feel really bloated and ill now, that will teach me to eat through the day so i dont have to eat all my cals in one sitting lol.
forget about it now and stick to plan and you will see a loss when you step on them bloody THINGS on tueday lol. Soup is a good idea cos it fills you up and is full of vitamins ( maybe not wonton which is my fav lol) Hmmmmmm could just go some wonton soup right now! So much for me feeling sick cos of being bloated lol. Goodluck for Tuesday.
you sound just like me with the eating when bored or when am sad or when am happy or just if someone does my head in
every emotion really lol. I think thats why i never went back to SW because i knew i could have free food and found myself just grazing through the day because i could. Dont get me wrong it did work but i am doing ok CC its hard but am getting there. My friend does WW and she has lost 2.5 st but she doesnt do the new one ( pro points) she is sticking to the old one cos it works for her. When a choc attack happens have you tried options or highlights choc drink, 40 cals, maybe that would take the edge off the craving,or maybe a fredo ( about 95 cals) or crunchie 185 cals now that does take sweetie craving away for me. I lovely my ww chocolate brownie dessert its 149 cals and sooooooo chocolatey or the double choc brownie is 163 cals. They always sort my sweet tooth out
thats until i come to get on the scales and it tells me one foot at a time please
Boredom is my biggest enemy where food is concerned, if i feel a weak moment coming on i do try and busy myself if im at home.
well done you on your 1st weight loss, it a fab feeling when you get targets isnt it. I used to love getting my stickers and sticking them on my book , thats something i do miss about not going to class. As Lilly said dont worry about the meal and cake, You cant stick to a diet on birthdays its just NOT done. I think you have done fab cos it was your hubbies big 50th and you could have done alot worse. To me it doesnt seem to matter if its not my birthday i just go for it all guns blazing lol. good on you girl by not being tempted by the dreaded cheese cake and i bet you were soooooo proud of yourself for eating the grapes instead and made you feel really good about yourself too. I think that sometimes when we manage something that we think is impossible sometimes it really does drive you on.
Yes i admit i was an absolute oink but still 10lb, so i do think the tabs added to that weight gain. I started them today so i will probably be on here next week in tears but here's hoping i dont need to be. My weigh in is tomorrow i will let you all know how i get on.

Why because I hd not been focussed or done any planning - well I have now. Made 2 batches of soup - spicy lentil and curied butternut squash also there is now moussaka and spag bol in the freezer.
