alsbaby- i can tell you the thought of just putting my face in the cheesecake did cross my mind :rofl not an attractive look tho :D

Looks like we will all have to be extra good on our diet if the pounds refuse to bog off-how dare they not do as they are told :rofl :rofl

I feel much better today :tup And i am hoping that was just a water week. Onward and upward. If i lose 2lb more i will be the weight when i met my husband but as i said my body shape has totally changed and i dont seem to have a waist anymore lol. I am having a lazy day today and going to just veg infront of the telly pure bliss. ;)

glad you are feeling better today. Ive had 2 ok days on my diet, well i did have 2 chocy biscuits today(weak moment) :duh so will have to have a healthy tea to compensate.

See this is what gets me Lilly for anyone else its quiet normal to have two bickies but ooohhhhhh no, not us. I just cant seem to get away with anything. When i was young ( 15 ish) yes its has been going on that long :duh I remember my friend eating a whole packet of coasters ( choc biscuits) while little me was sitting there with my diet coke and this was a daily thing not just a one off and her weight never altered. I suppose some people are just plain lucky :sulk

omg there was a time when i couldnt just stop at 2 biscuits, i wasnt happy till the packet was empty :( but i have learn't to control myself these days, well almost :D I have a friend who eats double what i eat and there is more fat on a butchers block than on her-how unfair!!!!"

I just have to use my self control and willpower although sometimes the "real" lily rears her ugly head and willpower goes out the window and i eat everything in sight :rofl

Trying to think what i can have for tea-feeling lazy tonight this is where i struggle-lazy equals chippie, healthy means ive got to cook!!!!

I have eaten 2 fairy cakes today. :cry Bought them in aid of red nose day which I know is tomorrow but we are doing so much at school we started early. :really
Going for a power walk at 6.30pm - not sure for how long.

Lilly you have done well and see you do have great will power to stop at 2 biccy's :D I guess we do learn something along the way but i cant have a drink and stop at 2 i would rather do with out ( sound like a right plonkie ) :duh . My problem is when i have a drink ( even after one ) i can feel my will power slipping away and i think that drink and chippy go hand in hand lol. I know what you mean about lazy = chippy, been there done that :rofl

Just measured myself - as I have been on the scales and no movement and I need inspitration maybe my body shape is changing?
Not a 100% good day yesterday. :que Must try harder today.
Have had a lovely breakfast, soup for lunch is cooking in the slow cooker (carrot and parsnip) and it is SW curry for tonight.
Alsababy - did 4 miles in 1 hr 15 mins on Thursday night - felt pleased when I had got home that I made the effort. Next waalk with the ladies is Monday night but will try and do something else tomorrow.

well my diet has gone boobies up!!! :rofl I fell off the wagon today, teacake for breakie and mars bar for dinner so i thought what the hell chippie tea tonight!!!! Im blaming PMT :rage so its just easier to bow down to my cravings :D Will be back on my diet tomorrow.

I will be back on track tomorrow ;) Ive just had my chippie tea and i enjoyed every mouthful :D although if im honest i do feel very naughty now im sat here full to bursting.

I like the sound of the SW curly-wurly cake too.

Well day 3 of being back in the saddle and I have - if I say so myself - done really well. I wasnt going to start this soon, but the sun being out has helped and if I want to wear tshirts instead of jumpers and long sleeves then I need to start now.

Im following the SW plan but doing it myself. I am writing things down because it does make me strict with myself if I can see what im eating. Not going to weigh either, am going to use the tightness of my clothes as judge :yikes . If I cant get on with the diet by myself, then will rejoin SW properly but we shall see.

Glad you enjoyed your chips lily, sometimes a good treat is just what you need to get yourself back on track.

Another day ladies.
The weather is horriblel here after yesterdays lovely day - but we must keep focussed.
Will post the recipe for the CW cake later - it was blinking lovely and at 12 syns for the cake I can get 4 portions out of it. ;)

Yummy CW cake sounds fab, could just go some of that right now. :tongue I dont normally crave sweet things but have been lately. Well done on sticking to plan, its feels fab doesnt it.

Lilly did you get back on track? Dont worry about yesterday its done and dusted, you could still have a loss. I always used to snowball when i was naughty, still do but it doesnt last months anymore :rofl

srhjnmgn when the sun came out a few weeks ago i was sooooo glad that i got off my fat :swear and started very early this year (Sept) I normally leave it very late ( about 2 weeks before we go away) to try and lose around 2st :rofl

Hope i have not left anyone out. My nerves are gone with these tabs am on, so dont know if am looking forward to weigh in much, even though i have been good. Oh well only time will tell i suppose.

alsbaby-yes im back in the saddle today. Had fruit and fibre for breakie and have got jkt pots with tuna and salad for lunch then a salad sandwich for tea/supper. If ive got any calories left i will have a little treat. Im more focused today, i was in the haze of hormones yesterday i think. ;) Ive planned what im going to have for my evening meals this week, it may help me feel more focused. I just need to keep my self busy as im home alone today and thats when the boredom drives me to the cupboard :rofl Ive done a million things since i got up at 7 so will have a look on here for a while then it will be lunch time. I will weigh on wednesday. Hope you have a good day today ;)

OMG got some new trousers for work today, matalans finest ;) .......in a size 12........first time for nearly three years I've worn a 12..... :wave:
