There is no reason why the meet-ups can't be changed to another night, maybe mondays as most people arrive over a weekend and it could be one of there first stops.
As a HT in residence why don't you ask the site if they would prefer another day.

I belive the CSM have some sort of entertainment most nights but not as loud or bad as the karokee. If you choose to change the night I can edit the original thread immediatly.

Personally I think it would be better on another night as I couldn't hear what people were saying, Feedback from others who have been would be helpful,

Will the meet still be on Wednesday next week because we arrive on Tuesday and planned to go to Lazy days Wednesday.
We will leave it as it is for the moment, Lazy days Wed as usual, and will give you all plenty of notice if there is a change,

There's not much of the season left so why not leave the meet-ups for the rest of the season and change the day for next season starting in october ?

it is no longer possible for you to post polls on the forums. I'm sure you can get a consensus for which day though without a poll.
From a selfish point of view I wouldn't want a weekend or Monday or I won't be able to go next April!

I see lots of posts relating to the meetings, who are going, change of venues.
So why should it not be missed it. Or will I have to be shot if told?

The ones we go to are in Lazy Days (opposite the CSM Hotel), in Calangute/Baga. (Wednesday)
Most of the time there are HT's there, Shermina and I normally make it, there's a black board that allows you to write you HT name down (if not ask for it). We tend to get there around 8.30 - 9.00, you can ask Adolf (the owner) to let you know when more HT'ers come, as he knows a few of us.
