All rooms are good, but the pool side is best. the hotel food is very good and has a great choice to choose from.

We had room 209 apart from having to hold shower spray and not use hairdryer the room was okay. Great Italian if you head towards the house go thru the little side road you have lotus to your right food nice you will come to Chinese, steak house which is good food (don't know about Chinese) Italian is opposite. If you can find Marbella just down road from trakia hotel can highly recommend.

Seemingly one of the best restaurants was the steakhouse next door to the Marvel, which closed up for the end of season two days after we arrived so didn't get to try it, top tip for the Marvel would be to put their staff on a course to learn how to be polite and engage with holiday makers, at the end of the day it's us who pay their wages!!!
They just didn't care.
We went all inclusive .we found beer half litre glass 1.50 lev what is around 40p at lots of bars we also ate out a lot because the food was so cheap , food at hotel was good also microwave if u want to have your food red hot .

Keep away please.
No never they need to take more notice of there guest than sit talking to each other pool bar you had to pay for drinks and 5 minute walk to get another drink in a plastic cup even when to stayed in the lobby

people trying to rip you off at every opprtunity .charging you for toilets ,expecting tips every time you order drinks soon bumps up price of holiday. if you order food and dare to complain that it is cold or not nice or not right in any way you feel threatened and never get an apology or money back. no such thing as customer service in this place and not safe unless you are travelling in numbers i feel .not for families club 18 -30. beach not bad but full of jelly fish so not safe for kids anyway.be warned pickpockets rife .and plenty of beggars

We found the resort to be very clean but there were some over flowing bins, the beach is cleaned every night and is lovely. The sea is warm and you can get right in.
Thought that there wasnt much entertainment in the bars for familys and couples looking for quieter nights. IT is well catered for the young people who are out to dance the night away. Plenty of karaoke bars. Not sure i agree with paying 0.50 lev to use the toilets that dont lock, stink and are mostly disgusting. We spent a small fortune going for a wee! And you dont just pay once, you pay every time you go.
You pay for the parasol and beds at the beach, but its worth it as you need the shade.
I would definately go back to this resort.

Again,the resort itself was clean and busy with holiday makers who were obviously enjoying themselves,the beach is amazing,its beautiful and goes on for miles!

elenite is about 10k from sunny beach but you can reach this by bus, taxi or boat, boat is 15lev each way for an adult our 5 yar old son travelled free, bus from hotel is 10 lev return and again our son travelled free if you take the victoria group bus, we didn't travel by public bus. the water park is great although not all was working when we visited, you pay 5 lev each for a sunbed and parasol and need to buy your drinks at the bar. the beach standard was very good, the lifeguards are there all the time, we ahd one day with a red flag and there work was cut out for them trying to advise people to get out of the water with lilos and such like but they were very much on the ball.

Beautiful beach and very clean. Water warm. Plenty of water sports which were very cheap to do. Whole resort great value for money. Loads of bars and restaurants but didn't get hassled to go in (a pleasant change from many places. Overall excellent.

what can i say with regard to this resort, do not go unless you are under 20, its very busy,and very very noisy.if you like benidorm blackpool magaluf all rolled into one then go,lots of gangs of girls and boys getting drunk.
saying that the beech is lovley if you can find a space to lay your towel.and its cheap lots of places to eat all trying to get you in to eat, the food was not very good, i did not enjoy one meal.
lots of very loud entertainment 24/7 the noise never stops
so if you want a relaxing holiday stay clear of sunny beech

the bins at the resort are far too small for the amount of rubbish they have,if you enjoy blackpool then you will like this resort,neesbar is only 35p on the bus and is the old town which is a lot nicer and half the price you pay at sunny beach,(you have your hand constantly in your pocket)the beach is okay but dont sit on the sand in the paying zone cause they try to charge you 6 lev,never would we visit this resort again.

We stayed in Sunny Beach at the Marvel 4*.
The resort is packed full of nighttime entertainment with loads to do, lots of places to party. Most bars operate a 'Happy Hour' this could be on cocktails, spirits, mixers anything really, best to check before you order so you get more value for money. a cocktail (Vodka,Peach Scnapps, Pineapple,Grenadine, Sprite) Sex-on-the-Bar cost about 6lev average, depending how close to the center you were. Our favourite bar was 'Viking' situated on the beach front next to the giant human catapult. Happy(5)Hour on cocktails :)
You cant really barter for prices in the shops as you can in Turkey, most of the prices aer fixed here with price tags attached, Lots of good designer copies for cheap prices. Example: Diesel T shirt cost 15lev which was about £5.50.
We saw no problems all the time we were there, although senseing a heavy mafia presence wiht all the flash cars flying about, Bently's, Mercedes SLR's Ferari's Porsche ect..
Everyone here speaks 'medium - good' english we had no language barrier.
Huge slices of nice pizza from teh vendors on the front for 2.50 lv each. (less than a quid)

Sunny Beach is mainly frequented by 18-30 holiday makers. Definitely good if you like club culture and getting totally blotto on alcohol and drugs. Canabis and poppers are openly sold in the shops!
Some reviews stated that the handbags, shoes, designer goods etc are good buys. Check out the quality before you pruchase - the only real leather bags I found were £40 - £50, like at home. Most were plastic rip-offs. Most of the designer clothing counterfeits were of very poor quality too, but were cheap.
The beach was very clean but crowded. Plenty of watersports etc
