All rooms are good, but the pool side is best. the hotel food is very good and has a great choice to choose from.

We had room 209 apart from having to hold shower spray and not use hairdryer the room was okay. Great Italian if you head towards the house go thru the little side road you have lotus to your right food nice you will come to Chinese, steak house which is good food (don't know about Chinese) Italian is opposite. If you can find Marbella just down road from trakia hotel can highly recommend.

We went all inclusive .we found beer half litre glass 1.50 lev what is around 40p at lots of bars we also ate out a lot because the food was so cheap , food at hotel was good also microwave if u want to have your food red hot .
Seemingly one of the best restaurants was the steakhouse next door to the Marvel, which closed up for the end of season two days after we arrived so didn't get to try it, top tip for the Marvel would be to put their staff on a course to learn how to be polite and engage with holiday makers, at the end of the day it's us who pay their wages!!!
They just didn't care.

No never they need to take more notice of there guest than sit talking to each other pool bar you had to pay for drinks and 5 minute walk to get another drink in a plastic cup even when to stayed in the lobby

Sunny Beach is very large with hundreds of bars and restuarants.The beach is great golden sand ,and plenty of water sports, every thing you could think of at a fair price. there are thousands of market stalls where clothes of good material can be bought very cheaply.most bars have entertainment every night.The resort is spotless and well maintained apart from some paving areas.

Sunny Beach is a large resort. Lots of shopping.
Friendly people.
Nothing is too much trouble for them. Bought a pair of jeans for my daughter and they were too long. They arranged for them to be altered - it took 20 minutes and was done extremely professionally.
Beach and resort extremely clean.
Lots of good entertainment in bars in the resort. Very cheap to eat out or just have a drink.

This place is just fab. I can't get over just how cheap it was. It was clean, though the pavements and roads were not always in a good state of repair. There are so many bars and restaurants that there is something for everyone. Mostly we went to restaurants on the front with entertainment in either for a meal or following a quieter meal somewhere else. I didn't go on the beach but it looked clean enough from where I was standing. And the shopping is great. I just want to back now!

I love Bulgaria thats why we came back a 2nd year, the bars and restaurants are really, really cheap 6 of us ate a 2 course meal with drinks and the total was only £27, there was music in nearly all of the bars and you were spoilt for choice on which ones to go into. The beach was really good, no jelly fish this year but lots of seaweed which didn't put us of going everyday.

We found the resort better than we expected it to be.
The beach was a bit overcrowded and part of the beach was private. Plenty water sports to keep young ones entertained, and the price of a sunbed and parasol was 12 lev.
p.s we found our whole holiday was great but we had 2 days of storms out 14, and the airport could do with improving, as it was small and cramped.

Resort was great with hundreds of bars and restaurants trying to coax you in to their establishment.Loads of shops to browse and buy.beach was nice and very clean.I cant stress how cheap everything was like a pint of beer for 80p but this varied from place to place.
All in all Hotel great,Resort great,Food poor but eat out and its fine,People friendly.
Will visit this hotel and resort again but please dont be put off by the amount of german holidaymakers.

Sunny beach is a very nice place indeed also travelled over to Neessban which was really nice as well there is plenty to do there tandems to hire mopeds and beach buggys which you can drive around anywhere. Pubs and clubs are 24/7 which is good.
Places for food you have to have a good look around for some nice places to eat and when you do find one it's stunning food.

Having not visited Sunny Beach for 4 years was quite shocked on arriving to see how much the resort had grown/developed and initally a little aprehensive.
However found that despite the growth the resort was still much as we had remembered. Lovely people, beaches and good value for money. felt very safe the whole holiday.
Resort very clean. Lots of entertainment to suit all ages. Beach very clean and safe lots of watersports on offer but was a lot busier then last time we visited.
Would definatly return to Sunny Beach.
However found that despite the growth the resort was still much as we had remembered. Lovely people, beaches and good value for money. felt very safe the whole holiday.

The beach has the potential to be beautiful. Unfortunately it is covered in cigarette butts and is head to toe people. The place is also full of drumk German and Danish kids who make the British seem quiet and placid!!
The entertainment in the resort was non exisitent unless you enjoy getting absolutley hammered and sing kareoke!! Also about 10-11pm the prostitutes appear. Not a place to take the kids!! The food was very dubious. Don't try the chicken kebabs. They are everywhere and we did not see one that was cooked properly. This was also the case in the restaurants. We both ended up with bad tummies and lived on the jacket potatoes for the latter part of our stay.
In a nutshell, if you are aged 18 to 25, you might like it, otherwise avoid it like the plague, fair to say we will not darken Bulgarias shores again!

Normally on my family's holidays it is very action packed with plenty to do for us kids, this resort is great for that.
Everywhere you turn there is somthing action packed to do it is great.
The beach has a lot of different fun water sports, the streets are filled with shops and there are many different trips and excursions to go on, everything is low priced...you'll never get your money spent.
The only bad thing about this resort is that it has no entertainment what so ever. If you are the type of family that like to sit in relax is a either loud or quiet music mar this is great for you, there is always bands and thing to listen to but that gets boring. We love going to shows like comedians, grag artists magical shows etc but in this resort theres nothing.
If you young and like to go clubbing or to very loud bars this is the best resort for you, there are alot of clubs and loud teenage bars which would be to your liking...but lacking entertainmant. There fore right now I wouldn't go back to this resort but for the only reason being of the entertainment if you are young and daring waiting for an action packed loud clubbing holiday get booking now!
