The hotel is kept very clean - rooms on the whole are fine although some are getting a little tatty. The first room we were given had 2 beds which were 3/4 beds so fine for my daughter but a squeeze for us and the room smelt very smokey, we

The staff really made this hotel the great place that it is! 5 just isn't a high enough rating!
The shuttle bus is great and so cheap. Thus making the location great.
The entertainment team are fab! so funny! but professional! Lots for kids through to older couples to enjoy.
Although its not a 18-30s hotel for young couples or young groups looking to relax in the day and live it up at night, it's fab!
The all inclusive really is all inclusive!!!

The hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas and towels seemed to be changed daily - free beach towels are available all over the place and never any problems finding loungers at the pool or at the beach
The quality and presentation of the food is great and you can eat about 16 hours per day, from fabulous breakfasts, omeletts made to order (the only time you might have to queue for a few minutes), very good choice at lunch, from sandwiches, hot dogs, crisps or chips at the Beach Bar and Pool Bar or battered sea bass/lamb steaks/steaks at the barbeque in La Rustica.
Drinks are unlimited, the lager is excellent and they serve only Obelisk red and white wine, which is the best of the domestic wines and very acceptable!
The Hotel is a resort in itself - to get to town - Nama Bay - costs maximum

The bed linen and towels were changed daily and we looked forward to seeing what towel sculpture had been left on the bed.
The food was of good quality with plenty of choice. If you couldn

Hotel there was wonderful but we go to Sharm for the snorkeling and you just can't do it from their beach - so we asked the rep if we could move to Sharks Bay, where we have been before.
On arrival at the hotel we were greeted as long lost friends by reception, bar staff, towel boys etc. How they remember you I don't know but they do!
Food is excellent - waiters can't do enough for you.
Reception staff are excellent - problems dealt with promptly and smoothly.
Bar staff courteous and friendly.
Beach towels are supplied free of charge and the towel boys are great. There are some steps to get down to the beach. The beach is small, but there are plenty of terraces with loads of sun beds.
Room cleaners are friendly and love to surprise you with different sculptures with towels each day (ours even left us chocolates and fruit -lovely)
All in all this is a first class hotel and we won't book anywhere else in Sharm el sheikh again - once bitten twice shy.

The hotel and grounds were kept beautifully clean and tidy and the flowers were stunning.
The staff could not do enough for us and loved to spend time talking to us and sharing jokes. They made it very clear that if there was anything more they could do to make our stay better we only had to ask. The towel sculptors were brilliant.
The location is excellent; Naama Bay is near enough to pop down to in a taxi from the hotel should you want to eat out a couple of nights or just for a change of scene. Do not pay more than 30 Egyptian (approx

For 2 weeks we ate very little apart from sandwiches at sunset bar at lunchtime.
We ate in town in chinese & fish restaurant although we were all inclusive.

The hotel is stunning in terms of layout and is spotless in all areas. It is well appointed and decorated throughout. The only criticism I had was that there are no communal indoor lounges so nowhere to sit other than by the beach, pool or in the room.
The food was very good indeed, with all tastes catered for. All meals were buffet style in the main restaurant but there were others such as the Italian and Indian restaurants. The service was excellent with all the staff being friendly and courteous. We were served by one extremely friendly waiter at the beginning of the holiday and from then on he was always on hand to serve us, making sure a table was ready for us when we wanted it, greeting us at breakfast and even getting things for us during the day. Of course it may have been the tip that influenced him, but he wasn't pushy in any way and seemed genuinely welcoming. I had heard that it is better to give room staff and waiters a tip at the start of the holiday rather than at the end and it certainly worked!
The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The rooms were meticulously cleaned every day and the towels were folded into amazing creations and left on the beds.
Any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. My son's room had a leaking tap. I reported it and within half an hour it was mended!
There was quite a good programme of entertainment although some of it was very over the top. Still it wasn't difficult to find something going on to cater for all tastes. There was a continuous daytime programme but there wasn't any pressure to join in.
The diving facilities were superb and I would say that this hotel offered arguably the best in the area.
We all thoroughly enjoyed this holiday, thanks mainly to this superb hotel and would most definitely go back again!

This is an excellent resort, fantastic location for great snorkelling.
The staff and facilities in this hotel are brilliant. We could not fault it in any way. Would definitely recommend it to any age group.
Food fantastic - we had no stomach upsets and ate pretty much everything on offer. Beer very drinkable, as were the daily cocktails. No-one cares how much you eat or drink, it's entirely up to you!
Staff only concerned with ensuring you enjoy yourselves.
Would definitely go back there.

We had a great holiday, the weather was fantastic, and it was in the 80's every day. Blue sky's every day apart from the Friday, even then the clouds were just little wispy ones.
wasn't too enamoured with the food, the food didn't seem to high a quality. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't fantastic either. We ate well each day, but found myself contemplating a trip to the hard rock cafe in naama bay.
The dive club on site is www.dive-club.com, they were really good, the kit was in good nick and the instructors were great, professional and friendly. I would use the Sinai dive club again.
The snorkelling is also fantastic, just jump of the end of the pontoon and you are on the set of 'finding nemo'. if you just go out and too the left a bit of the end of the pontoon, there is a coral head about 1.5m below the surface, and you will find in an anemone there where there is a resident 'clown fish'.
Both my wife and I got hit by a 24h tummy bug that gave us the runs and made us really weak. Though we wonder if this was just sunstroke.
The rooms and overall hotel complex are really clean; we were impressed by the whole place. we didn't venture out of the complex and really didn't feel the need to, but like I mentioned before, I might do a trip to naama just for the food.
