stalis offers a wide variety entertainment,bars and restaurents.it has a great beach with safe clean seas and offers water sport activities.lots to do for everyone.

stalis is a nice quiet resort ideal for relaxing and shopping through the day and has a relaxed but enjoyable nightlife. with a number of bars and clubs. "what time is it george? shot time

fantastic sandy beach huge waves on windy days. bars and restaraunts all good try the britannia and the robin hood these were our favourites. not much entertainment in stalis on the nightime for teenagers at that akward age ( 15). wathch out for the quads

we found stalis to be fantastic.there was all types of holidaymakers here but mostly families.a very good selection of restraunts,bars & the like.had a good time every night.our favourite bars were the red lion(wahey)! & opposite that was milia.very reasonable in here-4.5 euros for a large beer & a cocktail.had a couple of drinks in the internet cafe too.as for food,we were spoilt for choice as most of the restraunts looked really nice but we were most impressed with the capriacossa which we visited 3 times & the la fontana,which we went to 4 times.feta cheese from the oven is sublime here! oh,& the calzone were huge.for those of you who like a nice ruby murray we visited curry park twice which is at the hersonissos end of the resort.half indian half chinese.we were quite impressed here.there's also a small cinema,which is free providing you purchase a drink here.it's across from the anthoussa resort in the centre.the beach was very nice but could get crowded.we found a lovely place to sunbathe & relax-the ariadne beach hotel.very nice down there & a good snack bar.3 euros for 2 loungers for as long as your there.we spent half a day or so down at star beach,hersonissos.free to enter,but 11 euros for 3 loungers & umberella-so i guess it's not really free! our 7 yr old loved the slides & lazy river there as she could stand up in the water.a taxi cost's 7 euros from stalis but it was 10 euros coming back?? it's a decent enough way to spend an afternoon though.we loved stalis & would go back tommorow if we could.we have previously been to argassi & tsilivi but stalis beats them both for us.

stalis is anice resort could do with a little more going on but we went fyrther afield down the other end of stalis and it started to liven up but you can have a lovely relaxing holiday here much recommended

Stalis is a lovely lively little place - full of cafes, bars, gifty shops, etc. It has a really nice atmosphere - buzzing but very friendly. It has a lively night life, but leaves the real night clubbing to Malia which is just down the road, ideal for the younger members of your group as taxis are really cheap and regular. I can't wait to go back.

Stalis is a good resort with plenty of good bars, restaurants, good clean beaches and plenty of entertainment.

The resort has everything for couples to families All restaurants are good; if you stay to the local greek restaurants. There is only a 100m stretch by the Beachcomber bar where every restaurant owner try's to drag you in annoying after a couple of days Bars are cheap and even cheaper if you keep walking. Rose and Crown is one of the best for food/value lovely and clean resort. Dont always go with cheapest sunbeds, the best are 7euros behind the Beachcomber,the sea there is beautiful

just come back from stalis 12.06.07 untill 26.06.07,ist time we had been ,both enjoyed it,clean good choice of restaraunts,its only a 35 min walk to malia which is a nice place both day and nite.stalis not so good for kids not much to do for them and its dangerous because there are no pavements you share the road with quad bikes scooters and coaches,some one will get injured soon.nice people.no crime that i saw.plenty of bars which are all very similar,yes i would go back for a week.

The Stalis resort is kept very clean, I went 10 years ago and it has grown somewhat since. There was not one bad restaurant, food is fantastic in all the restaurants.
Entertainment is very good also on the resort, lively without being rowdy. Malia isnt far away for the mad people that like to stay out rockin till 6am in the morning lol.
Beach standard is excellent, look out for the walking donut (a man who sells yummy donuts) on the beach.
I will be visiting the resort again, in fact I may stay there for 6 months next year!!
