Three hotels on the same complex we were put in the saturno small but clean room, could have done with a bit more storage. Staff very friendly.
You could eat any time of the day or night and unless you are really really fussy there is always something to choose from.
Even though hotel getting busier still plenty of sunbeds available, entertainment good for small children and adults and just starting for teenagers as we came away. Entertainment for evenings in outside area so take plenty of mozzie spray as the buggers do attack you!
Small water park over the road from the hotel.
Would have no hesitation in recommending this complex to anyone.

The food was brill it had choices for everyone and the snacks in the day were great as well. Everytime a snack bar closed another would open so you would never go hungry.
There is plenty to do on site for the kids and adults too. My kids liked the swan pedloes on the lake which were free in the morning but come dinner time then it would be 10 euros.
The beach and shops are about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel.
The only down side is that the mozzie's liked to have fun with people but lucky for us we did not get bitten as we took hayfever tablets before we went and every day while we were there so I dont know if that had anything to do with it.
Also our first morning there a cleaner stole my husbands earings, the hotel management were great over this and even got the police involved we just have to claim back on our insurance so make sure you lock all your valuables in the safe.apart from this and my husband catching a bug I would go back here it is a good all inclusive hotel which I would reccomend and trust me I am fusy about where I stay.

Many of the staff, are the same people we first met, and we have made some lovely friends of them, as well as the new ones. Food is always fresh, varied, hot when it should be, with plenty to cater for all tastes, from exotic to the true Brit style food. A seperate childrens menue is always available, If its a special occasion a cake can be made for you, and served to you at dinner.
Pools are tested twice or more per day, for hygiene standards. And closed down for cleansing each evening. Or if not up to standard during the day.
The hotels are constantly cleaned, inside and out during the day and night.(how the staff keep it up is wonder)
The entertainment during the day, is brilliant for the children and adults alike, but to get the most out of it you must take part. In the evening its a mixture of top acts, and the in house entertainment teams.
The location is perfect for those who love history, with a Roman Ruins nearby in Alcudia old towm. A pleasant 15min walk to the beach. The hotel does run a free bus to and from the beach every 1/2hr or so, if you dont fancy the stroll.
Its not for those who dont like children and want a quiet holiday.
It is for those who like a fun holiday.

i would never visit the jupiter again it was the worst place that i every stayed in. we were awake everynight with fighting and screaming police we called to the 4th floor 3 night in a row. the food was just ok. my husband got food poisioning and was very ill was 5 days which ruined our holiday. i would not recommend this to anyone. the only good thing about the hotel was the kids club i have not a good word to say about this hotel.

We were originally booked to stay in marte hotel but were put into Jupiter Hotel as Marte hotel was not opened.
ROOMS: Rooms had two large double beds and plenty of hangers in wardrobe and a free standing shelf unit for clothes.Downside was beds took of a lot of the room but was more that adequate. Balconies were very small and would only accomodate two chairs and tiny table but they did get the sun either up to 2.30pm or from 2.00pm to 7.00pm.Rooms cleaned every day and towels changed as oftern as reqd(remember you must leave them in the bath if you want them changed!)Our hotel had 7 lifts with one specifically for disabled people which was excellent.
FOOD:This was the best selection of food I have had on all inclusive in Spain.Breakfast consisted of Bacon, frankfurters, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fried tomatoes, mushrooms, beans with separate chef cooking fried eggs and english sausages. There was also traditional cold meats and cheeses as weel as Mallorcan breakfast. They also had an organic section of jams and biscuits and croissants, buns and choclate cake(yes for breakfast).TIP Tea is machine during day was disgusting - take teabags at breakfast time and just get boiing water from machine - ask behind bar for proper milk. Lunch also has a great variety of foods but is only served in Jupiter hotel.Dinner had traditional english food, spanish food and an ethnic cuisine each night(e.g Mexican consisted of Chilli, beans, tortilla chips etc) with chef cooking a meat and fish dish fresh for you also. Snacks were served during day at bar in jupiter Hotel of burgers, hot dogs, chips, salad, fresh fruit and filled sandwiches and baguettes which were great if you were going to beach.
COMPLEX:The complex is very well laid out. Each hotel has its own swimming pool and there are sunbeds on quiet grass areas if you want to get away from noise. The lake has swans which you can peddle and there is a childresn play village, a funland with trampolines, bouncy castle etc and a crazy golf course.. DOWNSIDE some activities here were very expensive for kids e.g.mini motorbikes were 5Euro for 10 mins.
ENTERTAINMENT:The hotel runs a lot of activites during day for kids and adults and there is a whole floor in Jupiter hotel dedicated to kids rooms. There were also loads of reps which was great to see.Nightime entertainment was OK -professional shows were very good- BeeGees and Lord of the Dance NOT to be missed. The rep nights were also alright.Bingo played every night with one ticket costing 2Euro but prize money approx 250Euro for full house.
The only one problem I had with hotel was the noise of children. It was like a wall of noise hitting you when you stepped out of lift but may not be so bad in summer if doors leading out to pool area are open at night.
There is a courtesy bus which leaves every half hour going to beach. Take the bus and turn left when you get off and Alcudia new town is approx 5 min walk.
Alcudia old town can be reached on foot by a dirt track out the Hotel Marte entrance and walk past waterpark but do not attempt this unless you have sturdy shoes and it has not been raining for at least a few days as it can be muddy. Taxi only costs 5Euro - Market very good.
Excellent hotel, great value for money and very good for families who do not need to leave complex.
We had rain for 6 out of 7 days and would still return.

The food was plentyful, well cooked, fresh and loads of choice. If anyone says there was nothing they liked then they really are extremely fussy eaters. The breakfasts consisted of full English, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, croissants and pastries, breads and cakes.
The lunches had at least 8 main choices with all the extras such as veg, chips, salads etc and also each lunchtime and evening had about 8 choices of desserts.
The evening meal was roughly the same again with a different menu. At 10pm each night they open the restaraunt again for late suppers and there is always chips and 2 other choices ie: lasagna or pies. Snacks are served all day and sandwiches can be found continually in the fridge in the main bar area.
The show cooking at lunchtime and dinner is cooked fresh in front of you and the chefs are a right laugh. Antonio, the restaurant manager is a lovely bloke and all staff are extremely friendly and efficient.
The free drinks are adequate for most tastes, San Miguel beer and lots of different spirits and soft drinks for the kids. No queues at the bar areas as there are plenty of staff.
The hotel is as spotless as a complex this size can be expected to be. The staff work extremely hard and tables are cleared promptly in the restaurant and bar areas. We had maid service everyday and if you put your dirty towels in the bath then they will be changed. To get your sheets changed just leave the little card notice on your bed. The pool areas are kept spotless and cleaned constantly.
The lifts in the hotel can take a while sometimes but you operate these with the keycard to your room,so its not too bad. There are no kids messing about them so I dont know what people on here are on about?
The entertainment is very family orientated with competitions and games during the day and really good shows at night.
However, one downside is that the circus showzone is right next to the lake and the mossies were biting. Take plenty of repellent. At 9pm every night there is a film show in the cinema on the first floor of the hotel which my step daughter enjoyed most nights.
As for the excursions, First Choice trips are very expensive but we booked with a lady called Jan who works for a company called Alcances. She is in the hotel lobby twice a day at 12pm and 4pm. The trips with Alcances are alot cheaper and the coaches are luxury.
We went to Palma shopping which was great and took a boat trip from the beach which was lovely. If you do the boat lather on the suncream because you will burn.
If I were to be taking kids away with me again(which Im not, next holiday were on our own :) )then I would definitley go back to this hotel.

The hotels/bedrooms were kept immaculately clean. Cleaners were always on the go... maids came every day to tidy up/make beds/put out fresh towels/change beds etc.
The waitresses were always on the ball, clearing away plates as soon as they became empty, mopping up drinks that my young son spilt, and had tables cleared down and set up within minutes.
I never saw rubbish, mess, crap in the hotel grounds. Bearing how many thousands of people were there, I was surprised that I never saw any litter strewn about. There were plastic cups around the sunbeds, dont get me wrong, but thats only to be expected, when people are sat there drinking.
Bar staff were polite, and worked very fast to keep on top of the queues. We never had to queue for very long. If we wanted fizzy drinks, then there were taps that we could help ourselves to.
The food was gorgeous..... and LOTS of variety. kids corner, veggie corner, spanish corner, indian corner, sald bar, deserts bar, and other things too, where the chef was stood there cooking!! Okay, so after a couple of days the menus may have started repeating themselves, but because of the variety, There was never really no need to eat the same meal twice. I did however, because they had a couple of my fave dishes!!!!
There was plenty of entertainment for both the adults and kids. Pool games, polo, archery, rifle shooting, competitions. swan boats on the lake (free before 1pm) canoes, pedaloes, train to take you round the lake, park, fair corner, motorised bikes, buggies etc for the kids to drive (extra charge) and also trampolines with the bungee harness. (also extra charge)
First Choice held a kids club, and although we didnt travel with them, my kids could go for 5 euros each for 2 hours. With this they also got a teeshirt, drinks bottle, bag and sun hat.
The reps held a kids disco at 8pm every night - and i loved the CHU CHU AH song so much we bought the cd!!
After the disco they had bingo (a little expensive at 2 euros a tkt, but the winnings were at a fantastic figure 400-500 for a full house.) They always had a show on as well.... and if it wasnt your thing, there were singers at one of the other hotels, or the square outside the saturno. Lots of music to dance to!
Once inside the hotel room, you couldnt hear all the noise going on outside.... but I must admit the walls were pretty thin... and once or twice I had to ask my 'neighbours' to keep the noise down. Luckily it was family..... LOL
There were about 8 pools between the 3 hotels, So the kids were kept happy and never got bored. I will be honest and say there were one or two incidents when someone done a *ahem* poo in the pool, but it was immediately closed off, cleaned out, and left for 24 hours before being reopened. So although there were accidents, It proves that the hotel take pride in their cleanliness and Hygeine.
There is a bus every half hour that takes you to and from the beach free of charge... but is only a short and beautiful walk away.
I will agree with the people who said it was busy and full of kids. It was a hotel that appealed to both adults and children, and in my opinion it is a perfect place to have a family break.
My only regret is this..... We didnt book to stay for 2 weeks!!
Because of how much there was going on, I felt we spent the week rushing from one thing to the next. If we had stayed for longer, we could have relaxed and went at our own pace.
Even though I think the hotel was spot on, I do have one slight thing to have a grumble about.... and that was the lifts. Out of three, only 2 were working, and they were so SLOW!! A lot of the time, I used the stairs.... and with being on the sixth floor, my legs were soon knackered!!
We are planning on going back there next year. I cant wait.

I was very disappointed that some of the facilities were not open whilst we were there - eg the fruit bar and the ice cream bar both were closed during the whole holiday.
Also very disappointed that all though we had paid to go all inclusive there was a play area with bouncy castles which was very expensive.
The hotel was very busy and it was a total nightmare getting up and down in the lift. They were constantly breaking down and there was always queues for them.
If you wanted a sunbed you had to get up early otherwise you had no chance. After 9am and they had all gone and would stay like that for the rest of the day. People regularly left towels on the sunbeds and would then wander off and leave the beds for hours at a time.
There was a good varietry of food in the restaurant but it was very inconvenient how you could not take a pushcahir into the restaurant especially if your baby was sleeping.
The hotel rooms were very basic although they were clean, and cleaned every couple of days.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with a young child as the time spent queing for the lift with a pushcahir can get quite irritating as the weeks progresses.
One day we were there there was only one lift working for the whole hotel - total nightmare.

revisit it but will never again stay at this hotel.
If you only want to sleep four hours a night, get blind drunk by 3pm whilst eating American style fast food and letting your kids of all ages run loose you will love this hotel!
As for any well travelled family, you will hate this hotel and I mean really hate it!
