We had a few problems ie; shower broke, and there was no airer on our balcony. We reported these and both were dealt with immediately. The staff were very friendly and entertainment was good.
We had no problem getting sun beds, and spent most of our days round pool 2 where there was always something going on.
My six year old son thought it was great because there was always something to keep him amused. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Standard of cleanliness poor, we had to "steal" a brush from the maid's trolley so we could at least clean up ourselves!
We had to stagger out of bed at the crack of dawn to try and reserve a sunbed, we managed to get an umbrella as well one morning and we thought we had won the lottery!
Despite the above the children had a ball and loved the place.
The resort itself was very child friendly which made our lives easier, so even though we felt we roughed it at the apts we had a great family holiday.

Plenty to do for the kids and they loved the entertainers!
Apts clean but could do with air con (had to buy and hire fans)
Food was very good. Supermarket on site was not bad, fresh bread every morning.

The rooms were very basic but very clean and had all the kitchen equipment to get you by for the duration. The veranda area had a table and chairs if you like to sit out and relax and the gate also had a lock on to stop any toddlers escaping!
Everything you need is on the complex so you really dont have to move off if you dont want to.
The entertainment was great for the kids and there were different daytime activities for them by the hour.
The reps were friendly although always very busy if you wanted any information.

I agree with previous posts that found the colour scheme for the apartments a bit gaudy, but they were cleaned & towels changed daily with the sheets changed twice during our 7 day stay.
We did not have any problems getting sunbeds, there was always plenty available, although the prime spots were always reserved with towels very, very early!
The grandkids joined the kids club on the first day, but grew bored after a couple of days & never went back.(This is no reflection on the Kids Club staff, just normal grandkids behaviour!)
Our apartment overlooked Swimming Pool No.1, so that is where we spent most of our time & the grandkids loved the pool, but although there was supposed to be daily activities, we never saw any, nor were we asked if we would like to participate in any, apart from an English guy selling Scuba Diving trips!
The evening entertainment consisted of the usual Kiddies Disco followed by a bingo session & certificate presentation, then onto the adult entertainment, which I thought was no better but no worse than any other mediterranean family hotel (the grandkids aged 7 & 10, absolutely loved it!).
I found the reps pleasant & helpful, but in truth did not have any real problems for them to deal.
So, all in all, we generally had a nice relaxing time in an apartment complex, which caters quite successfully for families. I would definately go back with the grandkids, but not without them, if you know what I mean?
Incidentally, workmen were in the process of renovating all of the ground floor apartments around pool 1, by fitting double glazed windows & patio doors, whilst we were there.

All rooms had a bedroom, good sized lounge, small kitchen area and a bathroom including shower and sun terace.
There are three good sized pools with a baby section; and beach entrance.
All staff at the Binimar were polite, friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff work extremly hard all day and evening. Every evening there is a show that is rotated on a two week basis.
The food varied every night.
Entertainment finished around midnight and they had kids clubs and adult enetertainment in the day.
We are thinking of going back next year!!!!!!

The staff that we dealt with were very friendly but as we didn't have any problems we didn't have a great deal of contact with them.
We were very surprised to have the rooms cleaned and the towels changed every day except Sunday. The bedding was changed twice while we were there.
The hotel was in easy walking distance of a couple of reasonably priced supermarkets and lots of bars and restaurants.
There seemed to be plenty going on although we didn't get involved with the onsite activities.
The 3 swimming pools all looked clean, the water was freezing but that didn't stop my partner and baby enjoying a splash about.

No airconditioning, bedrooms very smelly due to the mattress covers being old. Towels torn. The place covered in flies. First time ever on holiday we've had to buy fly spray.
Sun brollies all broken, lots of sun beds but alot still locked up. Maid service 5 out of 7 days, cleans the floor with a dirty mop, beds changed onece.
Rep not much good when I asked why its a 3 star plus and 2 keys on the door - 1 star is better. This is Airtours count.
Would not go back, as only a week put up with it.
Place needs closing and refurbishing from top to toe.

I would agree that hotel entertainment staff are a bit OTT, but the entertainment they got in from outside were pretty good {Brazilian dancers, magic act from Madrid etc}.
Didn't really find the noise much of an issue, as all outside entertainment was finished by midnight.
Agree with the comments about the sunbeds though, all beds covered in towels by the time we went down to breakfast, and not a sunbather in sight, despite large sign saying reserving of sunbeds not allowed {who are these sad people who get up at 6am just to get a sunbed??!!}.
We found the food really nice, and even my three year old daughter found something to her liking each day. Dining room was always crowded but staff found you somewhere to sit quite quickly and it was air-conditioned which was lovely!!

Location very clean on arrival, bed changed twice, maids cleaning during week not brill but acceptable.
Had a take away from bar and food was o.k. for the price we paid.
Restaurants round and about very good. Best supermarket is Asda just up the road, good value for money.
Did not see entertainment so no coment.
We we had a very relaxing holiday and very pleased with Binimar.
