Location
The entertainment was fantastic for the children my daughter really enjoyed herself, the airtours children club was really good I found it hard to get my daughter to leave.
The location was really good as well very close to everything.
The food was ok nothing special although there was quite a good choice, the dining area was clean and well organised so a good plus.
My only fault with the place was our room was damp and the cleaners did not come very often.
Over all it was a really good holiday, I would reconmend the Binimar to people with children and was good value for money.

The food was ok it was buffet style but there were other restaurants in the hotel for self catering holiday makers if you just wanted a change.
The pool was very nice. Our rooms were right by the middle pool which was very handy.
The entertainment was very good you had the choice of playing games like water polo, skittles and killer darts and many more.
The evening entertainment was brilliant the entertainers put on excellent shows I especially enjoyed their "school days" and "cabaret" shows they were excellent. I thought the entertainment staff was excellent and friendly especially Richie, Jo, Allie and Alfie.
The shows finished at 12 O'Clock then you could go down to the show bar to do Karaoke or watch tributes to acts like Kylie and Madonna who even though didn't like like them they sang brilliantly

We stayed by the middle pool and I think that this time of year we never had any trouble getting a sunbed.
There was 2 lifeguards all day and the pool was very clean.
The only thing that we didn't like was not having a television, and the stray cats that live near by.

We waited for an hour for our apartments to be cleaned but were pleased with the presentation of them. They were well equipped although we had to wait two days for a kettle of which we asked for 3 times. The rooms were small but six of us shared 3 apartments which made them less cramped.
The cleanliness of the hotel was pretty good. Cleaners visited 5 out of 7 days and changed towels,emptied bin, swept and mopped. There was no air-con though which made the room smell warm and fousty Id recommend renting a fan to circulate some cool air.
The food was nice but some of my group were dissapointed to not find anything they liked on some occasions and it was a little annoying having to wait for the waitress to change the empty trays while a queue formed. The breakfast was very nice but the evening meal was a little disappointing. We were found a table reasonably quickly. My only real complaint was that although all the waiters and waitresses worked hard only one out of approximatly 10 seemed to smile.
The pools were lovely always clean and although they were freezing they warmed up once you were in and it was nice to have a cool dip. We never had a problem getting a sunlounger although people did reserve them. Also, the same two lifequards went around 3 different pools everytime we saw them.
The location was brilliant. Plently of shops and beautiful beaches just a short walk away and a short bus trip helps to explore the rest of the island. Althought the beaches were small the water was clear and the beaches clean. I would recommend buying a snorkel to look at the fish in the sea its amazing to see whats down there!
The staff seemed friendly however the receptionist didnt speak great English and seemed to laugh at everything you said as she didnt understand.
The entertainment was alright but was more for children than adults. However it was loud and although we had a room away from the noise I cant imagine what it was like to stay in one right next to where it all goes on! The entertainment seemed to vary from kids who couldnt sing to impersonaters which I found a little boring.
Overall, I would definitely go back here again but I think the Binimar itself could do with a makeover just to upgrade itself a little.

The location of the hotel was ok as it was near shops,bars and restaurants.The hotel staff were friendly and polite.The entertainment was excellent some nights and not so good other nights,but there is plenty entertainment elsewhere if you so desire it.
There is always something going on in the resort especially for kids,the reps seem to be dedicated to their jobs even coming up when they are not on duty and playing with the kids.
I would definitely visit this resort again.

It was quite handy that we had a room right outside the middle pool.
The entertainment was great I enjoyed everything there especially school daze it was brill I loved Richie,Stevie,Alfie,Jo.Ali and Liniz
they are the reps there. They are brilliant reps Richie and Stevie are really funny!
I would definitely go there again.

The food was really nice at the hotel and it wasnt to far away from all the shops we hired a car and went loads of places!
I would defintely go there again! there was cats living around the hotel which we did NOT mind which supergranny did!
The pools was brill it was quite good that the pool was right outside our appartments!

Food was worse than school dinners (perch in curry sauce?! cold cooked broccoli and carrots in the salad section,battered deep fried broccoli in with the chips), and on 1 occasion made me ill.
The rest of my party refused point blank to eat it so we had to eat out.
Staff were unhelpful and didnt care about any problems we brought to their attention especially when we requested to move because we were directly above the show bar which was supposed to close at 1.30 but stayed open til gone 3. They even told us we were 'mistaken'.
The balcony rail was wobbly and unsafe and the balcony door didnt close properly.The noise past our apartment was unbearable as we were also next to the entrance of the complex. It took a week to get them to move us and the reps have no authority over these receptionists.
Entertainment was loud and childish and exactly the same stuff we had seen in Majorca the year before.
The whole place was noisy constantly with kids as young as 5 running riot around the place til all hours of the morning with no parents seeming to care how much noise they made.
The sunbeds were towel ridden by 7.30 in the morning and we didnt manage to get 1 in the 2 weeks we were there so we ended up hiring a car and touring the island instead.This place resembled a northern housing estate when we were there.
The only people I would recomend this place to is people I really didnt like!

When we arrived, I produced my holiday voucher to the reception staff who advised me that my room had not been booked and the place was full to capacity and there were no rooms available. I quickly telephoned the holiday company through whom I booked the holiday to explain my emergency. The holiday company acted quickly and assured me that the booking had been made and the fault was with reception. Reception then informed me that they had a room available and gave us a map of the hotel grounds and pointed out our room. When I opened the door to the room, my heart immediately sank. It was grotty. The decoration was dated and the pictures on the wall were of a fish, an olive and a lemon! Following our dissapointment of the room, we heard alot of noise coming from the bedroom. When we opened the curtains and the shutters, we saw 6 air conditioning units outside our window, which were the air condition units for the on-site supermarket. The units were left on 24 hours a day. We didn't get a decent night's sleep through the entire week: and didn't get out sea view either, our front balcony overlooked the children's adventure playground.
The cleaning of the apartment was disgusting. The maid only visited our apartment once in the 7 days, and we were still in bed. It was about 10:00am. She must have carried on cleaning around us!!! We realised that she'd been in, because clean towels were left in the bathroom.
The crockery was dated, and I refused to make a cup of tea, as the mugs were amber glass.
